I was reading some threads of how some people without pe aquired pe. One man said that his wife was pregnant and they didn t have sex, he masturbated very quickly and kegel to cum very fast because he was ashamed of it. After birth of child they continued having sex and vola, he had pe. Also read some other stories how people aquired pe and its always kegel and fast masturbation. So tight pelvic floor and fast masturbation is the key to aquire pe.So this routine seems to me like this, reverse kegel relaxes pf and counters ik. Hindi squats strechtes pf. Edging without cuming builts tolerance for longer stimulation. I took a look on your log iceclimber, it was tough fight, congratulations. I beat a few pretty fucked up situations in life. I think i will beat pe too. I will post in the future if i beat it or have some significant things to say on the topic. Anyhow hindi squats seem to me very important in order to strecht pf muscles.

How much time do you stay in a hindi position? Do you stop and start or like 10 min at once?

In one of your post you said that keeping relaxed pf while using fleshlight helped you a lot. So some people say that they use light rk during edging, some people say that they just keep everything relaxed. Light rk helps to make my pf way more relaxed, i tried just to keep it relaxed without light rk, it was not good.

I do a lot reverse and i will continue, but what do you think about keeping pf relaxed during masturbation and during the day. Some people claim that helped themIs it natural state of pf musles to be relaxed or rk? I know i did a lot of kegels uncouincusly in the past. Do you keep light rk now during the day or just relaxed pf?

When your pelvic floor is tight/tense (which is the case for most people who have PreE), this tightness becomes your "natural" state. So to go back to the true natural state you have to keep a constant light RK until this becomes your natural state.
Today I don't have to think about keeping a light RK because my pelvic floor isn't tight anymore.
10 minutes at once was my main routine, but whenver I had the oportunity to stay in hindi squat position for an extra minute or two I would do it.

Lol, that means that i don t even know what is relaxed state cause i was tense mayority of my life. Thx for the reply. I didnt have that angle of view on the problem. But i was confused because some people writing that they keep their pf relaxed, not in rverse or normal kegel.

I'm still trying to identify if my pelvic floor is tight or not. I have severe pre-E so you would think it is, but unlike others I don't get IKs and I don't feel any tension when I do hindi squats or other stretches. Should there be a noticeable pull when I do a hindi squat?

Hang on... I was doing it wrong. My feet weren't far enough apart.
Okay, there is a slight pull down there, but it hardly seems consequential.

I dont feel i can stand like that more than 2-3 min, i can do it only if i hold the table or the edge of my bed, its the same? I mean i feel the same stretch but i need something to hold

You dont get involuntary kegels? But you cant ejaculate without kegels. The muscle contractions when you ejaculate are kegels. I think that everyone has to got some kegels to move sperm in position to ejaculute. Pay more attention to pelvic floor while masturbating. I m no expert or something but that claim of yours seems a bit unusal. I think that people without pe have also some ik before ejaculating.
