I m sorry to bother you with so much questions but i have some more. When doing rk, should i do back rk or front rk? When doing rk my like natural contraction is all the way, from back to front and then i keep it front for4 sec. When holding it light rk during day, its mostly front but felling also middle and back, but mostly front. And what do you think about penis strechtes, to do them, or not to do?

You are lucky to be able to do hindi squat pose. My hips are so unsrechted. I cant hold my back straight in hindi pose and cant hold feet as wide as should be done, i feel ligaments painfully, so i keep doing hindi as corrcet pose as i can and doing 10 mins strechtes with legs spreaded to make my hips more flexible

This is how a hindi squat looks like:

As you can see, the girl rests the back of her thighs on her calves, so you're like "sitting" on your calves, with your knees very separated. You don't have to use strenght on your legs, just rest on them.
Btw, when I do hindi squats I use my hands to play around on my phone, you don't need to keep your hands like meditating or something, haha.
My theory is that your pelvic floor natural state is very tight, so you barely feel a difference between an IK and your "normal" state. So you're basically IK'ing all the time.
See how easily you can do an RK. Place your fingers between your balls and anus to see if you can make that area "inflate" when you do an RK. If it's very hard for you to do it, then probably my theory is correct.
Focus more on front RK, but back RKs help too.
Actually the best thing is this: when in hindi squat position, close your eyes and picture a balloon inflating inside your body in the pelvic area, this balloon is inflating and expanding both your pelvic floor (front RK) and your anus area (back RK). It expands slowly and gently.
You have to focus your attention in the pelvic floor so it makes it easier to expand it.

About arousal control. I can edge with porn 9 mins. Without longer, maybe 20-mins, maybe longer, but its way longer. I see that i have some problems with arousal but i try to expose myself to arousal and try to stay calm, like watching some porn without masturbating, and watching some porn, masturbating but without cumming, i ejaculate once in a week but intend to prolong it once in 10 days, i m no porn addicted or something. Before i started this my tehnique to build tolerance on porn i could edge with porn 1 min, now its 9 and if i switch to some new pretty girl its about 5 mins untill i get used to it. But i keep doing gains like this, i think it will be better in the future.
what do you think about arousal control, what to do?
And what do you think about penis strechtes, some people say its good to relax pf?

I have severe PremE and I also need to enlarge my member. Is it ok if I incorporate pe with edging? If so, before or after edging? Can I use edging to warm up?

Today i edged like usual, some porn, light rk, trying to calm myself but i also incorporated deep breathing. Today i edged for 20 mins and without deep breathing 2 days ago i vould for 9 mins. This deep breathing seems to be very important for arousal control, but also to calm your mind And also i ejaculate once in 10 days, thats new routine. And it changes masturbation a lot. In the past i would go asap, and now when u know that you will not let yourself to ejaculate in the end, its very different experience, you enyoy sensation and try to prolong it. In the past whole my mind and moves were even on subconcios level programed to ejaculate faster.

In my experience, its not good idea to enter edging with tired bc musle. So no intense rk or some other training before edging. If u have tired bc muscle you will ejaculate faster. Thats my experience. But i did not do any penis streches or something, just intensive rk and some hindi squat pose.

I mean obviously I get IKs when I ejaculate, it's not possible otherwise. I don't think that's what people mean when they talk about IKs. I don't get spasms down there at any other time, I know what they feel like because I've had them in the past.
I just corrected how I was doing hindi squats (I was previously doing HINDU squats), and I do feel a little tension when I squat now, but it's hard to tell if that's a problem or if I'm just a regular human.

About arousal: I was a porn addict during my PreE heal process and also had some problems with ED, so I didn't watched porn at all but used a lot of sexual fantasies and fleshlight which pretty much feels like a real vagina. The "final test" was during real sex with a new girl and I really didn't had problems with arousal and my penis was rock hard. Of course I was kinda nervous right before putting all my training into the real thing, but after a first succesful experience, all the other sex I had after that were mostly great.
About stretching, I found that stretching the penis in the direction of your navel does give a little stretch on the pelvic floor muscles, though I didn't used it that much during my healing process. But if you like doing it, go ahead.

Trying to cure my pe. Ive never been able to last more than a couple minutes in bed. I'm sure the cause is partially from at a young age trying to masturbaye quickly to not get caught and training my brain to get it over as fast as possible. Kegels did nothing for me I could hold them for a very long time. I read about the reverse kegels and have been trying them. After a week I could last 20 minutes masturbating watching porn without ponr. Sex was about 1-2 minutes till ponr before rk. I started lasting longer during sex the longer I did rk and trying pelvic floor stretches. Still nowhere close to the 15 minutes I'd like to be at. I try to hold a rk all day but as soon as I dont focus on it I find my body naturally does a kegel which probably made the floor so tight. Somedays it doesnt make sense I cant get my head right and hit ponr quickly and other days I can last 20 minutes masturbating easily. Is this common? It's like I try to not let my arousal get to high but my mind just wont let it happen other days in focused and it is very easy to keep the arousal level low where i dont have to feel like I'm fighting the IK off. Masturbating it's much easier to calm myself back down but during sex once it happens I cant really get arousal levels back down. Any tips?
I am fairly new to PE....
