    Hey guys, I've been receiving some messages asking for tips and about how I cured my premature ejaculation, so I'll just tell here what worked for me.
    Basically this was all I did and cured me in a few months, but I had researched and tried different things for more than a year.

    I'll try to keep it simple and straight to the point:


    1 - Reverse kegels (RK):
    If you don't know what a reverse kegel is (assuming you're new to the whole thing), just search for it on the forum and you'll find many useful tutorials.
    Some people have different opinions on how you should do reverse kegels, but what worked for me was doing it gently, not pushing it too strong, do it just so you can feel the area between your balls and anus moving slightly like a balloon inflating just a little bit. Put your finger there to feel it.
    Try to hold light reverse kegels during the whole day and everyday. RK as you walk around, sit, drive, everything.
    This will make your BC muscle (the one who contracts and makes you ejaculate too soon) become more and more loose overtime.


    2 - Hindi squats
    Again, if you don't know what it is, make a search on the forum.

    I did hindi squats in every oportunity I had. Actually I had a 10 min a day to do it exclusively. But if I had some time alone to watch TV or do something that allows me to just stay in that position, I would do it. Sometimes going to the bathroom, I would hindi squat for a couple minutes.
    Something important: it's always good to mix hindi squats with RKs. The RK will feel even more intense if you're in the hindi squat position.


    3 - Mind reconditioning:
    Mind reconditioning means training your mind to enjoy the process, not the end of it.
    You'll masturbate but not ejaculate. This is what some people call "edging", and this is the word I'll use for it from now on.

    Try to do long edging sessions at least 4 days a week. Try to really enjoy the process, you'll love just the feeling on your penis, you don't need to ejaculate to enjoy it.
    Start edging using your hands, and do it very slowly. You'll retrain your body to not tense the BC muscle with every touch or stimulation on the penis by making it get used to it. Start very slow so your penis will get used to slow masturbation and will not go straight to ejaculation. Then as you see some progress you'll start to go faster and faster.
    When you become a master with your hand, you can then start using sex toys such as Flesh light of anything similar. They feel more like the real thing and will be very helpful.

    - Keep the sessions between 10 to 20 minutes. After you reach 10 minutes easily, with no signs of ejaculation coming, it probably means you can last as long as you want in the method you're using at the moment (hands or sex toy, slow or fast, etc), since the hardest moments to hold the ejaculation is during the first few minutes of stimulation.

    - Ejaculate only once or twice a week, after 20 minutes of masturbation. Don't do it for the quick and intense pleasure of ejaculation, but for the light and longer lasting pleasure of the masturbation itself.

    - Very important: hold a light RK as you masturbade/edging. This will lessen the effect of tension/contractions on the BC muscle (this tension is also called as "involuntary kegels")


    4 - Use porn during edging?
    Honestly? I leave that completely up to you. My recommendation is only that you don't use it while you're just starting because you'll want full control and attention over your body's reaction to stimulation. But as you see a significant progress and become confident enough, then it's up to you if you wanna add a new challenging element to the thing.
    If you think porn is bad, then don't watch it. If you think porn isn't affecting you negatively and wanna watch it, then do it.
    In my case, I didn't watched porn during my time of training and recovery. Even today I rarely watch it, but sometimes I do it and I'm not so radical about this thing anymore.


    5 - Final words:
    Remember:
    - Light RK during the whole day, everyday
    - Hindi squat as much as you can, and combining with RK
    - Edging at least 4 times a week, 10 to 20 min sessions. Slowly progress from slow to fast masturbation, and from hands to sex toys. Hold a light RK during edging sessions too.
    - Enjoy the process of masturbation/sex, not only the climax
    - Be patient, it takes time. Be consistent, it takes effort.

    Do this correctly and with discipline, and you'll be the master of not ejaculating. I even had to learn how to trigger a ejaculation after having some awkward moments of taking too long to ejaculate with a girl after I was already cured, haha.

    Addendum:
    Another technique I used that can help is doing strong but fast RKs as you stroke/penetrate. This is an alternative in case the light but continuous RK isn't helping much during edging and sex.
    With every stroke, you'll push your pelvic floor with a strong RK, contract your abs to intensify the RK. Think of this as the movement you do when you cough. Do this "push" fast on every time you do a stroke/penetration, it's meant to directly counter the IK.
    This will overtime reduce the IK's strenght and effect on your stamina.

    Could you explain how long it lasted penetration in your intercourse, and especially what kind of EP you had (causes and symptoms) ?

    Do you mean PE? My PreE was caused by overactive and tense BC muscles, I used to rush during masturbation when I was younger so it led me to have the body conditioned to tense that muscle during stimulation and sex.

    About how long I lasted during intercourse, when I had severe PreE I was single, so I only had masturbation to test my stamina, and I used to last 1 or 2 minutes, sometimes even less. After I got cured I started dating a girl and we could have long sessions of non stop sex, around 30 minutes or more.

    Hi there, Iceclimber !

    I'm at my 4th month of consistent training (hindi squats, pf stretches, yoga poses) and I still find myself at 40-50 seconds with my FL.
    Notice that reverse kegels are absent from my routine but I will begin doing them tomorrow. Do you think the absence of the rk's hindered my progress ? I mean I can last as long as I want with handjobs from my gf, but with the FL....

    Also, I tried doing RK's during my morning 10-minute hindi squat and I really felt them while squatting, but when I tried them again during the squat at noon my ability to do them again was gone. What's up with that ?

    Good advice. Flesh light when I'm on cialis and RKs have helped me go from like 5 thrusts to a few minutes, and I do believe it will continue. Porn conditioning doesn't go away after just quitting porn is another piece I'd like to add, humbly, as if you are having gentle penetration with your partner, but are picturing extreme things being done to her insides or other lust-driven images, you will probably rise to your climax a lot faster. Breathing slow helps me get out of those urges to induldge in the darker ideas a guy can have in his head when he's turned on. Maybe it's good advice, maybe I'm a weirdo lol.

    Yes not doing RK may be one of the reason for you not having much progress.
    As for why you can't do much RKs at noon, I suppose that it's because you're unconsciously tensioning your pelvic floor during the day. Guys like us tend to do it many times without noticing.
    Pay attention on your pelvic floor when you're under stress situations, or doing certain movements with the body, you may notice that you're tensing it. And this is where it's important to keep that gentle RK during the day so you PF will keep relaxed.

    Another advice is: don't worry too much about your stamina, take it easy. If you're going to do edging and you're feeling too anxious about your performance, this may cause your body to get more tense and so you'll ejaculate faster. So the key is keeping your body as relaxed as possible. And in this case breathing slowly, closing your eyes, and doing gentle RKs will help.

    So do you think a lot of IK go unnoticed as well? I never really feel IK other than finishing going to the toilet but guess I just have them.

    If you have a tense pelvic floor it's very probable that you keep tensing it during some other daily activities, that's why I think doing a light RK during the whole day is helpul so you'll have an overall more relaxed pelvic floor.
