    Hi all, long time lurker. Great info on here. I’ve got severe pre jac. When I start jerking PONR comes in 15 seconds. Have started a log 30 days ago.
    10 min Hindi per day (holding weights simultaneously)
    Edge for 15min perday
    On off Rvs kegels per day

    Edging has increased from 15 secs to 15 min (no porn, pics, imagination) - just news etc.
    Hindi squat endurance have gone from from 1 min to 10min comfortably. So good progress. IK’s are subsiding.
    Have Yet to try sex, as when switch my mind to sexual thoughts ponr rushes in, so am concerned as fuck. A girl has been hassling me for 6 months (long time I know) - I told her of my problems and suggested she date other guys (fucking sucks) but I like her and certain she’ll fire my arse if I blow from a hj in 15 seconds and instantly in PIV. Second round is about 40 seconds, third a minute 20. One asset I do have, is that I could fire 8 rounds and refractionary is v quick. I guess by the 8th is last 3 min haha. My main concern is that is the baseline (15 seconds) set for good? I feel mid bc muscle or shaft tingling at that range and if get hot and heavy will blow regardless of edging ‘progress’. My log will be for 90 days with no skipping. For guys who have been in similar, is this a good program and has your baseline gain been cemented? I used to love just being a lion and getting it done quick (girls liked it) but now can’t even do that as blow load pre entry.
