    Hi there ,
    I am suffering from a severe PE. i get aroused quickly during the forplay (which get me telling my wife not touch my 'little one') and cum after several thrusts while i am inside ..
    I started manual stretches ( also for penis enlargement and Premature ejaculation too ) ,reverse kegels and edging before a month but still there is no noticable difference.
    I noticed that while i am doing edging after manual stretching ( i am always edging with lube to get the fell of the real thing) i get aroused very quickly and get to the PONR very quickly (after 45 seconds) even though i am edging slowly and trying deep breathing..is this thing possible or make any sense ? i thought strectches should relax my pelvic floor and its seems making me get to PONR quckly..

    i would like to get some help . Thanks!

    It just takes time to learn control/learn this is not sex, it is an exercise. Many have experience just what you describe, if you can learn & work on being patient with yourself, it can be quite enjoyable.
    Wife helping can be added, but you both have to be aware of he goal/rules.

    Hi there pegasus ,
    I started to tried the Hindi Squats 2 days ago but my knees is killing me so i able to do them about 30 seconds . is that good for start ?

    The first aspect to master in edging is the temporal aspect. Even if you have to take long pauses to boost your time per session, it's vital you do so. Once you get enough necessary total time, you can then begin "filling in the gaps" by focusing on the other aspects of hardness, ejaculatory control, and your powers of visualization.

    Thank you Big Al its very helpful information and i will defenitly use it in my edging sessions.

    Another question i got: i noticed that when i am standing i can edge for about 10-15 minutes (with lube). and while i am sitting or laying on the bed i can hold on about a minute till PONR... i think i felt more IK while i was laying on my bed. Also i noticed that its more easy to me to do RK while i am standing but not when i am sitting or laying on the bed.. i cant figure out what is the problem ?

    The reclined position is more relaxing. As for RKs, it's likely you're used to using those muscles as you urinate (standing), so you're more comfortable in this position.

    It would behoove you to perform most of your training in this position to force improvements.

    Thank you Big Al ! i really should try do RK while i am laying on a bed. should also try Happy baby pose because i having hard time doing right the Hindi squats .
