  • Hindi Squats and stretches lead to frequent urination

I have been on a strict routine of doing ab work 3 times a week (hanging leg raises and machines at gym), hindi squats for 5 mins 3 times a day, 100 pelvic thrusts a day, and stationary cycling 3 times a week. From all of this I have really felt my pelvic floor lower or drop and seems more relaxed. This I believe has started my frequent urination now. My PreE hasnt gotten better and maybe slightly worse/same as before even though I dont expect it to since I have only started this routine a couple weeks ago. But I though frequent urination is linked with premature ejaculation, so doing these exercises makes my PreE worse? Can somebody clarify what is happening to my pelvic floor and how its affecting my performance?

Here is my pelvic floor via mri. I have had a fall injury into the water where maybe that caused it, but one of the leading theories by my doctors right now is I royally and slowly fucked up not only my pelvic floor but entire organ alignment over time. I've been hitting the gym for 3 years straight on some insane ass work out routines, and though I have excellent fitness / strength, THOUGHT my pelvic floor was phenomenal, the 5 month gap between GF's is where the PE and ED arose for me. I started including pelvic thrusts with a bench press bar holding 225 lbs, and it was down by my inguinal region / suspensory lig. Dr. David Ralph thinks I may have severely stretched the lig with the weight resting on it, physio thinks I tore the viscera of my abdominal, and mri review shows that little clustered area that is on the right side in the photo with red lines yeah? On either side of the bladder, note the lack of symmetry and gap in one.

That's one of our two vas deferens. Went to ER with severe scrotal swelling and pain in that area around the time of this MRI, too.

If you tighten your inguinal area too hard on top of getting bad pelvic alignment, it can put pressure on the bladder. As you see, my pelvic floor and alignment is so bad that my organs are actually sitting slanted (this was a perfectly straight mri). But I've had the frequent urinary issues years and years, even when my sexual performance was WTF OP. Maybe it's the first sign, maybe it's related, I wish I could tell you more.

Form is a big killer that is not really talked about on some sites, but go to places like PeakTestosterone.com and you will see tons of lifters with bad form and ED / Pre E.

Medical advice is always the best route, but being a gym beast, sadly, can take a toll on sexual performance.

I also still follow a lot of things Pegasus says is that all of us basically have some form of mental component as well. Last night, despite scar tissue and fucked up veins and days without erections, I was able to have missionary sex with gf, and go hard while crawling towards her, which I thought was impossible if I wasn't laying on my back and just woke up + on Viagra. We played Ouija for like 2 hours, so maybe there was a dopamine high from that meditative state of being hyper calm and focused (with GOOD alignment sitting??) No effing clue. Every few days I arrive back at being more baffled by this phenomenon we all experience in different ways, despite increasing diagnostics piling up and doctors starting to have theories. I get pre e bad when I am not in my own head, in my own feelings, and the moment itself. I get great stamina when I don't think about stamina, or size, or if she's enjoying it. I dunno the trick yet, but at least one answer is in there somewhere. Sorry if it's unrelated. Can't tell if it is or not, and felt a duty to share.
