Hi all,
I discovered this forum months ago but i decided to register only today.
I'm from Eastern Europe, i am 24 and i have preE since i remember, and i guess it's due to bad habits i had when i was younger (porn, rushed masturbations, etc).
Thanks to this forum i have understood the causes of my problem and now i'm sure i can get rid of this! But i know that this will require a lot of time.
According to opinions by many of you, the key to cure pre-E is pelvic floor balance. I used to hold a kegel very often in the past, because i wasn't aware of what it would have caused. It felt good so i did it.
So in last months i did many exercices to relax my PF, including stretches, yoga poses and also RK. Until now, i haven't made progesses. I still have a lot of IK, especially when i'm edging and i'm a lot aroused.
This is the reason i decided to register and write this topic: i have some questions about kegels and pf muscles:
1- When i do a front kegel with erected penis, this should contract and become bigger, this is correct? (i ask you because i want to be sure if i'm contracting the right muscle)
2- If i hold a front RK, i should be unable to have an IK, because it's the same muscle, correct?
These two questions are only to remove doubts in my mind, now i explain you my problems: (assumed that questions 1 and 2 are correct)
- I am unable to isolate front and back muscles, especially when i do reverse kegels. Now i'm slowly trying to master normal kegel isolation, but i can't still perform a front kegel without doing also a back kegel. However, i believe that with a bit more training i will be able to achieve that.
- Instead, about reverse kegel it's a different story. I am not able at all to isolate the two muscles; but i feel, when i do a rk, that my back rk is much stronger than the front one. In fact, even if i do a rk while i'm edging, i still have IKs.
So these are my problems now. I would like to be able to perform a strong front rk in order to counter the IKs, but for now i don't know how. Maybe if i master doing front kegels it would be easier to learn which muscle is the one to relax?
Sorry for my bad english and bad explanations, any advice or suggestion about this topic will be appreciated. Thank you all!
