Hi there first of all please don't laugh on me i am going to tell my story what i did in my past and what actually happening

Are you actually having sex ? If not one could not call it premature ejaculation .

So many guys onsite find they have issues with porn and seek to avoid it for various reasons .

In general masturbation is regarded as a normal thing and not harmfull except in excess . It is difficult to do masturbation to excess without porn . So i suggest you keep avoiding porn but relax a bit about masturbation.

You really should relax i can not see that you have any problems at all . Though i would stay away from porn.

So lets see you masturbated so did i for longer than you and it had no ill effect . I am 58 years and still do it on occasion .
