Hi,
I know that supplements and pills for PE could be only a patch, but sometime a patch is required to help the mental, or just for the time to do other exercises that will solve the problem.
So, is there any supplements or pills that could help ?
For me, as of yet, I found the following:
- Antihistamine seems to remove some sensation
- Phenibut does a good job of relaxing the mind and the body, helping too (important to note not to use more than 2-3 times a week)
- I have read that Tribulus could help?
Any other suggestions?

I have seen some positive (if inconsistent) results from Melatonin and Kava Kava, though have not tried them together.

A standard medical thing in Cialis or the like . Does not seem to work and is adictive.

I have had some good success although also inconsistent with Promescents topical as a patch, worked much better than Bathmate “control” but has a horrible medicinal smell. You put it on 10 minutes before and it gives you about a 40 to 60 minute window. Claims to be one of the only ones without any transference do your female partner . But my wife said the oral Made her tongue go numb and the taste is awful. You can was it off after the 10+ min absorption period and it helps with the above. It gave me on one occasion 20+ min on a first round which was way above my average 2-5 min

With supplements I would rather consider to take nutrients which you may are lacking of.
Support your body and mind with all the nutrients it needs to work properly while you're doing your exercises like rks, edging, yoga, etc. to cure your preE fundamentally.

Other guy, if you ever read this, the fix for PreE is not kegelling while you are masturbating or having sex the other is having a good erection, which I know it's not that easy.
If you don't kegel and you have a good, strong erection you can last very long. I noticed that kegeling pushes faster to orgasm and that increases blood flow, but being on the edge of orgasm to keep a good boner is really difficult .

I know it's tough, but don't rely on anything to help you. Just focus on RKs, hindi squats, and edging. Your body will adjust and you'll be fine. I've been doing my Pre E routine a little under two weeks and my stamina has increased exponentially.
