Iíve been reading a lot here about kegels and reverse kegels lately. And I got really mixed up now.

I have premature ejaculation and I want to solve it, I have been training myself to cum quickly for years (of course without knowing it) and I think this transformed in to tight pc muscle also (probly also weak). I want to prolong my time, so should I first do hindi squats and rk to make it as loose as possible? Or how? I read some guys made their problem worse with kegels, but it makes your pc muscle stronger, or it makes at the same time it more tight? I am entirely confused now, can someone explain this please? If I have weak, but loose pc muscle, should I still have pre e ir it should improve a bit? I know thereís lot of info, but hearing it from experienced members is better
