You're right, I think a lot it of it is in my mind, it's a vicious circle really.
Think my diet is fairly good, although I've been vegan for over a year now, but in China where I'm currently living the food is pretty shitty man I've found, so much oil and fried foods that could be a factor too I suppose.
Yeah km aware about importance of serotonin and I'm pretty sure I'm probably lacking in it but it's pretty tough to increase your levels naturally as I understand it.
May look in to supplementation.

Besides your PreE, Kakal, watch out for you knees when squatting!! You always have to control the weight!. Try to go at least parallel and go down slowly so the pressure on your knees doesn't multiply. Also try to initiate the movement with your glutes and try not to tilt forward so your joints stay behind your toes. Believe me, fucking up your knees is a really shitty thing. Stretch your knees to when stretching if you got patella bands or knee sleeves, put them on when you are squatting again to regenerate.

Yeah, thanks man! I think i know just about how to squat, I've been lifting since I was about 17 or 18 and never had any injuries from squats (not that I can remember at least! ) and have always been extremely conscious of form especially on compound lifts.
My knees have gotten worse and worse these years and I'm only 25 but they're always aching and have been for many years, I've not really been kind to them these last few year, lots of hiking, backpacking, traveling around the world and sitting on long cramped bus journeys and things like this.
I honestly feel like I have knees of a 70 year old sometimes, they've been my weakness a few times when doing difficult hikes it's always my knees which are my biggest barrier to push through, they'll be aching, shaking and just feel weaker than any other part of my body.
Funnily enough squats have always been one of my weakest lifts as well, considering it's meant to be most people strongest lift, I was benching more or the same amount that I used to squat and deadlift was higher as well.
I always squat ATG or parallel at least, I've always been a big advocate for deep squats!
I'll have a look at getting some knee bands if you think they're worthwhile? I've never used them before but I did have one for my wrist once after I badly broke it.

Today was such a busy day, I didn't have time to edge or barely even do my PF routine as I'm up at 7:20, at work until 5:30PM and on Fridays I don't get back home until 10PM, have dinner just before and I'm exhausted.
Couldn't do PF stretches as I had just eaten and then at about 11:30 I attempted to do them but felt so exhausted I couldn't do them.
I did however do a lot of RKs today but haven't don't tennis ball massage in a few days as I completely forgot yesterday and today I passed out before I could do it, so need to get that back on track really!
Today is the only day I didn't edge this week, so I'm pretty chuffed about that. My girlfriend doesn't like me "doing it" everyday, she thinks it's too much and that I will damage myself or make it worse, but I've explained to her that's not the case.

:::My current routine:::
-long RK holds throughout the day, as and when I can remember.
-penis pulls several times a day. Usually after peeing 30 seconds straight out 30 seconds pointing up.
-drinking green tea (but not really consistently) will try to have at least 1 cup a day from now on.
-daily meditation,currently just doing guided meditations but aim to get back in to unguided and meditating with no foreign input.
-pelvic floor exercises , pelvic thrusts, reverse crunches,laying leg raises (slow and controlled), usually I would do hindu squats here but currently I'm taking a break from them as I have wrecked my knees.
As for reps I generally try and do as many as I can of these/until I can't be bothered to do more.
-yoga (after PF exercises) , child's pose for about 1 minute with deep breathing followed by cat pose (this more for posture), followed by cobra pose which I hold for as long as possible which is usually around 1 minute.
-tennis ball massage every other day for 3-5 minutes I always do this after the PF exercises and yoga.
-edging/ballooning, it varies when I do this, but generally it's before my PF exercises although sometimes on weekends I'll do it after my PF exercises.
Daily edging but varied as in what I'll do, sometimes I'll concentrate on head, sometimes I'll do dry death grip, sometimes lubed, varying positions, thrusting,, standing laying on side, missionary etc. I also have the fleshlight STU which I use sometimes as well.
Whilst edging I try and stay at a level of arousal rather than getting to the PONR stopping and waiting and then continuing. Instead I will plateau edge and try to stay at around a 7 or 8, if it gets too much I'll change my thrusting/stroking speed or depth /position and try and bring my arousal back down.Last edited by Kakal; 06-15-2018 at 11:24 PM.

Today I wasn't really on top of my RK's, was such a lazy day today and I just kinda fell behind on them compared to the other days.
Today's session was more focused on head stimulation and ballooning, I begun dry but I can't really do dry edging /masturbation these days, literally no feeling, plus my hands are really calloused up and rough from going to the gym, so it was necessary to add lube.
About 90% of the session was me laying on my side and thrusting the head of my penis into my hands/overhand stroking the head at varying speeds but mostly concentrating purely on the head except for when my arousal would get too high and I'd go to stroking the shaft.
I had to stop fully just one time during the session for a pause and a slight amount of precum/ejaculate was released, no orgasm though.
Ultimately after 27 minutes I had to change position as I was at the PONR again and I tried to control my arousal and bring it down saying out loud "let's get this arousal down to a 7" however it was too late and even though I kegalled, it was in vain and just gave the ejaculate momentum to shoot half way across the room and make more mess!

Had my edging session today first thing in the morning which is very uncommon for me as usually I'm more of en evening edger, but woke up pretty turned on today so made the most of it.
Went for about 24 minutes in todays session, 15 lubed with hand and 9 minutes with the STU, arousal was fairly high and there were a few times I had to back off, slow right down and inevitably stop with the STU but even with my carefulness I was still unable to fully hold off the ejaculation process.
I find it really tricky still to lower my arousal whilst keeping up the motions, even with deep breathing, especially so in the higher levels of arousal (8-9).
Definitely need to work on that, with the hand it's easy but with the STU it's not so straightforward as your entire penis is engorged within the STU and even stroking the base to lower the arousal is highly stimulating in those higher levels of arousal.

Was pretty busy these last 2 days, Monday was a national holiday here and I spent the whole day out with my girlfriend and by the time we got back, had dinner, and I did my PF exercises it was time to hit the hay, so no edging this day.
Yesterday (19th), after work I went to the cinema to see the new Jurassic Park movie and didn't get back until fairly late and by the time I showered did all my exercises etc it was late again and I needed to sleep.
So not really a good start to the week!
I've been so horny these last few days as well, there's nothing worse than having your girlfriend sleep naked beside you and wanting to have sex with her but not being able to, that's been my predicament for about 2 months now, and probably will be like that for another month or 2 unfortunately.
I'm hoping that when we can have sex again I'll be able to give a better performance than a few thrusts.
I can tell though still now that I'm getting bad IK's even when just cuddling or rubbing myself on her slightly.
So stress in a major issue in...
