    Hello all,

    First of all, I'm happy there's a community of us helping each other out. I have only discovered this and wish I had come across this site sooner.

    So I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I have almost always suffered from premature ejaculation apart from some encounters where I was able to last.

    I have been doing reverse front kegels mainly for about a month. I try and do 30 10 second holds a day. And try to do like a hindi squat holds (usually a set of 2) whilst holding the reverse kegel and breathing in and out for a minute each (per day)

    I thought I was doing well as when I masturbate I can make it last longer than I could previously. Obviously breathing slow etc.

    I had an encounter recently and I came pretty quick again.

    Is there anything I should change or do more to build my stamina?

    You need to find out what your triggers are and how to best combat them.

    A fleshlight can do a lot for diagnosing IK/ mental barriers.

    With so many variations on what causes your pre e, you are just going to have to trial and error to get to where you wanna be.
