Try some Pau Yuen Tong, its a chinese balm made to help with premature ejaculation. Nothing helped me for close to 2 years until Ive found this stuff. Apply small amounts to frenulum and other trigger points. Makes my stamina A LOT better.
this also made me believe that managing a lot of stimulation on the glans is the solution for pre e, at least for me. And reading through other, older posts on this forum others have benefitet a lot from it too!

To me, the object of Edging is to fail, lots of times. Push yourself hard and try different things to try to control the PONR. If you are not pushing the limit, it is just masturbation with a pause now and then, you have not learned anything. You can slow down when the PONR gets close, but you need to experience getting past it a little at a time. It is OK to fail, it drives the learning process. We all get over excited at times, it is natural. Learning to control that takes dedication and a want to succeed.

I got it from eBay, it was about 15 Euros. You can also get it from Amazon.com. As I live in Europe that wasnt suited for me. Took about a week to arrive from the UK.
With the routine I think everyone has a different approach. I did 10-15 Minutes of RKs a day. A big part of that was hindu squats, then I'd do normal RKs for some minutes and to end it I did a little bit of Tennis Ball massage. This routine gave my PF a proper stretch and it always felt really relaxed afterwards

Thanks ZZ, I definitely struggle sometimes, I get the PONR and can't seem to bring myself back. It's like one stroke will set me off. Up until now I would get to the PONR, stop, and do some kegals and try to breath, but from what pegasus has said, my kegals may be doing me more harm than good. Guess I'll keep experimenting. Thanks for the comment

Thanks Lover, I've ordered some! Wow, 10 - 15 minutes, I've got to lift my effort. Sounds like people here don't bother much with kegals and just focus on reverse kegals? I know I'm asking a lot here, but how would you recommend as a beginner I did these RKs, Hindi squats and Tennis ball massages as some sort of routine? Thanks for the reply, really appreciate the help!

Common tactic on here is to stick with RK only for a while and after that reincorporate Kegels while still doing RKs. Goal is to have a strong, but relaxed pelvic floor.
Well I dont really know what the best approach is but I can tell you mine: I mostly started with my Hindu Squats, through them my PF got a nice stretch from the beginning, then I did some regular RKs while standing, just holding as long as I could. This way I could really feel my PF dropping down and sometimes it began to tingle because the stretch was so good. To finish I then did the tennis ball massage. After this my PF was always really really relaxed.
Also: do you get IKs when stimulating your frenulum or glans area when fully erect and/or very aroused? If so I would recommend lubing up your tip and giving it intense stimulation for a week or two and see if this is any help. For me it seems to cut down IKs dramatically
As for the Pau Yuen Tong: Apply small amounts, I only apply to the frenulum and a little bit on the crown. You have to play around with amounts a little. First time I put on too little, second time I put on too much. I think I got my amount figuered out now. Also, I have started doing a hindi squat daily, and I can definitely feel the stretch. Leaving all kegal stuff out for a little while. I want to try this tennis ball massage too for 5 minutes every other day.
