Help! I came too quick

Need advice regarding premature ejaculation. I am 21 and am quite sensitive. even stroking without touching the head is enough to get me fired up. I was recently with a girl. when she started to strip, I was already hard. she start to give me a HJ while licking and kissing my neck (thats a really sensitive spot and thats probably why I came so quickly) and within probably a minute or two I came huge loads. we didnt have not even start the act and I came. I can see her disappointment. probably too excited and didnt release for a long time plus her hitting all the right spots?

Needless to say, I am not very experience and have quite a sensitive head,not sure if this is normal and all guys face the same problem? I tried training with a STU to try to endure the sensations and within just a few strokes my head was already throbbing hard and on the edge(without any porn and in a quiet environment). The only way i could resist the urge was to slow down my strokes to 1 stroke/5 sec.

any advice for those who have the experience care to share them?

so far I tried edging daily without release for a week and have stop indulging in porn
