    For me, it is not even really trading. I am actually enhancing my sexual pleasure as far as i can say yet. Personally sexual pleasure for me is hearing the moans of my partner pleasured by my actions, it is not only the feeling in your penis. In my opinion sex is a lot more than that contrary to what some people here seem to outline. In addition to that, i don't actually numb it. You examined it completely right. It is "building up physical tolerance".
    Of course i have to recreate this to further report about success on this method, but for me this seems to build a base for other methods to work because you are just more focused on whats happening not overwhelming your nervous system with the stimuli.

    I also have no problem with Erection quality, i get random erections too, i think i am not really in danger of any ED-Symptoms. When i was with my Ex-girlfriend i had a almost permanent boner, that was like 9/10, i can't really tell why.

    Update 20.06

    Okay, time for my daily update.
    Had upperbody at gym today, was a normal workout, i only did light to deadlift heavy tomorrow.

    Anyways. I have developed a routine for stretching. It consists of hindu-squats both as fast reps and "as long as possible"-reps, The childs pose and the cats pose. I can feel them stretching my Pelvic floor sometimes.

    Diet still the same. Ate some cherries lately which are good for sexual health. If i have the money, i am definitely interested in a blood test, just because this topic is interesting for me.

    Today i took two valerian-pills, but they are just some supermarket-shit so i just did them cause why not, they are not harmfull.

    About todays edging session. It was a session that lasted roughly a bit more then 20 minutes (in erect state, not including getting hard) with a failed DO-attempt (I ALMOST made it). The time may seem to not be as good but i could definitely feel an improvement. I feel like desensitizing my glans a bit could get me in a prolonged Plateau-phase until my Involuntary Kegels kick in. I did fast hard jerking, intense glans stimulation thrusting and so on. I only had to stop a few times, just for a few seconds. For me, this session was definitely success and for the moment, i think i am going into the right direction as i had the feeling of being on a plateau for a few times. Sadly i still can't try it in real sexual experiences like the user Tooners, but well.. training for it gives me a good boost when starting to train with a gf.

    BTW my glans is not by any means numb, i can still feel almost everything. After creating friction it just isn't overwhelming. But well, lets see how this goes on..

    Another thing to add that REALLY helps INSTANTLY. Wipe your precum away, when it appears on the frenulum. I dont know why. no fucking idea.. but it helps a ton on lasting longer with masturbation.. Harder to observe with sex maybe, but it DEFINITELY works. Other people on this forum can confirm that.

    I am trying not to ejaculate in my next session, i think ill stick with twenty minutes for now and try to get the sessions more intense. It gets exhausting when going longer and twenty minutes of stimulation-plateauing pretty much is my goal.

    Keep up the consistent work man. I assume you do your edging without porn - do you use imagination? Or completely blank mind?

    How often are you aiming to ejaculate? I'd like to limit it to 2-3 days per week but I always find that by the end of the session I'm so aroused that I just feel like I have to release. Also, last time I didn't ejaculate I ended up with sharp pains in my pelvic area - I guess this is what's known as "blue balls".

    My "arrangement" with my friend has ended for now as she's begun dating someone, so I'm also stuck with solo edging for the time being. Hitting Tinder pretty hard trying to get something else going though, haha.

    Oh and in regards to your previous reply, I agree - I get just as much if not more satisfaction from sex through pleasuring the girl as compared to pleasuring myself. Plus, reducing the intensity of the physical sensations but being able to maintain it over a prolonged period is much better than a very brief period of overwhelming sensations and then not being able to continue.

    EDIT: When i am edging i use an observing mind, in my mind is "okay what is happening right now, in my PV, at my glans, etc."
    Sometimes i get lost in sexual thoughts or an overall really blank mind where i just enjoy the sensations. I try to focus on the sensations as some people recommend this.

    The ejaculate or not topic is a hard one for me. Unfortunately i didn't find much sources on if edging without ejaculation actually helps. My problem is that i don't want to ejaculate in the session but end up doing so, so that is something that is rather not good i think. However i almost ejaculate at the end of every session because it just doesn't work the way i want it to and also it is hard to control yourself if you are so aroused. If i don't ejaculate my next session of course will be even harder than the previous one.

    Im still experimenting with everything, after all my journey log isn't that old yet. For me it is still hard to lower arousal with reverse kegel. But slowly i am creating a routine that so far seemed to improve the situation and adaption. If i can follow this, i aim to ejaculate every third session with each session being 20 minutes long. I failed alot doing this. Tbh i just masturbated for fun (i have home office, don't worry lol) for 20 minutes and failed a DO again having a partial ejaculation.

    Also i still don't underestimate the neurochemical and mental part of this. I am definitely gonna get Griffona or Ginseng and see how this effects reproductive system and the responses to my neurological system.

    I really think you are on a good way hitting up girls on tinder for casual sex goes to show that you are on a good positive uplifting mindset with a nice confidence level. I myself will attend alot of music-festivals, let's see how this works out. But don't underestimate the fact alone, that we are able to get girls to have sex with us, we are ahead of many singles .

    Really happy to hear from your dates in near future. After all i am somehow connected to you as you seem to follow the same guidelines as me

    I have no doubt that the "chemical" side of things is a huge contributing factor. Everything about my personality fits the profile of someone who would ejaculate quickly - anxious, hyper goal oriented/high achiever, OCD tendencies, sensitive to external stimuli (such as noise, social environments), very high libido etc. It's no surprise that anything that calms my nervous system such as alcohol or opioids basically cures me. The question is whether or not the brain and body can be re-trained to reach orgasm more slowly despite this natural "default" setting. Based on the accounts I've read and my own experience, I believe it can. Though I have to admit that sometimes in the back of my mind I feel doubts about it.

    However, I told myself this time that I'm going to give it my all regardless and let the chips fall where they may. I went from a naturally skinny guy to a bodybuilder through years of hard work... I started my own successful online business from scratch... I've learned to play instruments and done many other smaller things... so why the fuck can't I gain control over my ejaculation if I put the work in. Even if it takes a year or two or more, so be it. Having great sex is something you'll enjoy for the rest of your life, so it's totally worth it to commit to the process and make it happen.

    Update 21.06
    Today i had leg day, i did heavy deadlifts (~160kg) trained abs and worked cardio on a seated bike afterwards.

    In the morning i was very horny, so i tried to edge but i ejaculated. 20 mins or so, i was not stopping time, cause i did this for fun. So i can't really report on today which is kinda sad. I have to be more strict with my routine, if i want this to be successful. On the other hand i feel my PV is a bit overworked, so if i am not horny tomorrow, i will probably not masturbate tomorrow (i always say this ).

    Today i received a letter from my ex. Nothing bad, nevertheless it brings up bad memories.

    I still will try to desensitize my head. I feel many of us guys don't actually have that much of a pelvic floor issue. Pegasus is always advocating this but don't forget he was on the other side of this problem, called delayed ejaculation. While reverse kegels effects increase in performance while masturbating, for sex it is a bit harder.

    At the moment i really think about getting a cream called "Pau Yuen Tong", which is an incredible potent - kind of "numbing" - cream, which is only applied on the frenulum. As you can see in this threads:

    many users report that it helped them and literally cured them temporary. They also report, they have enough feeling to get pleasure. This is my goal essentially. I dont want to be a pick up artist, but making her scream is just so good. The downside of this cream is actually not numbing your partner, it doesn't after it weared in you can wash it of, but i tastes really bad, which makes oral not an option. Not a final solution, but something to experiment with.

    If somebody has experience with this creme, i would be very happy to here from you in this thread. I think glans sensivity, especially in the frenulum area, is a very underrated root for PE. And with that said more sensivity does not neccesarily imply more pleasure for you, if you bust in a minute.

    Yup, I bought it a couple weeks ago but only tried it once while edging with a fleshlight. Definitely gave me more control. I haven't used it since but I'm going to experiment a bit more with it now that you bring it up. At the very least it might be a useful tool to have in your arsenal while you work on your PE training for those times when you know you'll be having sex. The upside to using this as an "on demand" solution is that there are no side effects unlike substances such as alcohol or dapoxetine. Even if you apply it and don't end up having sex it's no big deal. Many guys report that it lasts several hours as well. I see no problem with using little "tricks" like this as long as it's built upon a strong underlying foundation of PE training. I want to get to a place where I know I can perform well without any additional aids, but can then have those aids at my disposal when I really want to have great sex with zero worries. (For example, I don't NEED a cup of pre-workout coffee to have a solid weight training session, but if I have access to coffee and I know that it's safe/effective, why the hell wouldn't I use it?)

    And yes, glans and frenulum sensitivity I also think is huge. I experimented yesterday with a vibrator and realized that there are VERY small trigger zones where the nerves are concentrated. I angled the vibrator so that it was just the very tip making contact with my dick and then explored different areas. I noticed that literally just shifting this little vibrator tip a few millimeters side to side or up/down can make the difference between having complete control and going straight to the PONR. The frenulum is clearly the most sensitive area.

    Have also heard many good things about the balm, although I personally haven't purchased it yet, although I've had it in my basket for ages, just haven't committed to it yet plus my girlfriend is really against these kinds of things, she's too worried about my health.

    Problem is she doesn't understand why it's a problem /doesn't care which is good but the same time kind of makes me not as motivated.

    Okay so I tried the balm again tonight. Applied it only to my frenulum area about 45 mins prior to edging. Started with fleshlight in missionary (hardest position) using porn. Felt PONR approach about 3 minutes in which was the same I got last time when I wasn't using any balm. However, I gave myself a few seconds to calm down and then kept going, switched up positions a few times, and seemed to have pretty good control from there forward.

    However, the main effect I noticed was when I switched to using just my hand with lube. I was going at it furiously, watching the most arousing porn I could find, and PONR was nowhere in sight unless I tensed up and kegeled (normally I'll for sure hit a PONR once I really speed things up). It almost felt like I had DE. So I'm thinking one of the reasons the Fleshlight still gave me issues is because it was stimulating my glans which didn't have the balm on it, whereas when I do my high-speed death gripping with my hand, the foreskin moves over top of the glans with my hand and it's mainly the shaft/frenulum that are being stimulated.

    Also, normally when I'm right near the PONR I can stop all stimulation except for a couple fingers lightly rubbing the frenulum and it will send me right over - tried that this time, and rubbing the frenulum didn't have any effect unless I pressed really really hard. Also used a vibrator on the frenulum and the sensitivity there was way lower. So, bottom line is that: a) the balm does seem to work, and b) this provides more evidence that physical desensitization in general also works. I'd have to see how this carry overs to actual sex, but it looks promising.

    What was also interesting was that not only did my dick feel calmer, but my mind did too. Normally if I'm watching porn the sight/sound of the girl starts to overwhelm me and it feels like my "mind" can't handle it and thus I ejaculate, but with the desensitization in place this didn't happen. I could just fully watch it and think dirty thoughts about what was happening, but since the nervous transmission from my dick was interfered with, it just didn't "register" in my mind the same way. That over the top feeling of arousal just wasn't there. It made me really feel that the mind and penis are directly interlinked. Perhaps when the nerves in the penis are calm, mental arousal is directly affected as well. I dunno, just a thought. Maybe it was a fluke - need more testing. I'm rambling now as usual so I'll stop there but will provide more updates as I experiment more. Apparently the ideal way to use it is to apply some 3 hour before, then 2 hours and 1 hour, so I probably wasn't even getting the most out of it to begin with.

    That is very interesting. Did you still feel sexual pleasure or was there any area that was noticeable numb?

    Just so anybody can follow the topic discussed. In the graphic you can see he seemed to have applied it on the frenulum (typo in picture), which is the area your precum usually follows after dribbling out of your urethra. To follow a long these are the most sensitive areas in the penis. The glans, the corona and the Frenulum. Many people edging report to stop stimulation of the glans when it is getting more intense, which further proves this.

    Why did he get to the PONR in missionary after 3 minutes? I guess the pelvic floor still is involved, what Pegasus preaches is not wrong overall, but it is not everything. Furthermore it also is like Tooners mentions, the backside the glans also is a quite sensitive area.

    Physical tolerance on the glans - and i don't mean to numb that area permanently - could as a sequel keep you out of the emission and ejaculation phase for longer.

    If anybody also uses the palm i would be happy to hear from you, also if anybody is experienced in ballooning or more specific in building up said tolerance, i would be very happy to hear about your experiences.
