    25 minutes edging with ejaculation - had bad sleep but i definitely begin to feel a plateau phase, thats very good i guess!

    Was at a party today, dancing all night but didn't drink alcohol (no histamine for me ay!)
    Didn't do stretches and stuff, but dancing may be helpfull too see this as a functional restday.

    Awesome. "Beginning to feel plateau phase" <-- I'm in the same boat as well. The PONR doesn't feel quite as "sudden" where it just comes out of nowhere (no pun intended), but instead seems to build up a bit more slowly now. I think this is key - training the body to seek out the plateau phase and stay there. Maybe hovering around a 7/10 or so in overall arousal. The goal is NOT to "not feel pleasure" but to just feel it at a lower and more sustained level. I think guys with PE tend to be scared of feeling pleasure, and so when the first pleasurable sensations come they panic and this kicks in the fight/flight mode, triggering ejaculation. (Yesterday when I got a BJ I felt pretty strong pleasure the whole way through since I hadn't cum in a couple days, but it didn't send me over the edge. I just stayed relaxed and enjoyed it and was able to maintain for 15 mins)

    Also, another edging/ballooning technique I tried out yesterday that seems good for training the frenulum: assuming you're right handed, grab your dick with your left hand and twist it clockwise so the frenulum is facing sideways toward your left side. Then grip your dick at the top with your right hand so your fingers are on the frenulum and palm is on the glans/below the glans. Then jerk up and down and on each up stroke squeeze your dick and apply firm pressure on the frenulum with your fingers. Use a good amount of lube and be careful on the down strokes so you don't hurt your frenulum. When doing this I felt a strong pleasurable rush in my frenulum on each stroke and so with repeated training maybe this can help calm it down.

    I also bought a Magic Wand vibrator which is quite powerful and am going to test this out on the frenulum area as well and will report back.

    Hey Tooners that legitely sounds awesome, especially with two days of edging prior?! I almost feel like you are probably cured. Keep us op to date. You too Kakal, i follow your progress and you steadily incorporate techniques that help you, don't let yourself down.

    As always my weird content-filled updates.
    My palms were fucked today from sports (not gym), i had stripes of skin coming of my hand haha. In the morning before sports i edged for 25 minutes solid with no PONR approaching. In the evening it was harder for me to do so because of my palms, so i decided to do with a latex glove. 40 minutes until i let myself ejaculate! did different things like balooning, dry, lubed, intense glans stimulation.. I only had 2 PONR in the whole session, pretty good i think! EQ was roughy 8/10 as average i would say.

    I feel like i am making huge progress at the moment!

    It could be my Cognitive behavioral therapy, driving away from goal orientation and changing up habits incorporated in years of masturbation as fast as possible.

    It could be the Pelvic Floor measurements, but at the moment reverse kegels themselves dont really help me when i am getting aroused. I am not stopping the stretching and stuff though, it is surely healthy even without this purpose!

    It could be the physical tolerance of the glans and frenulum building up.

    It could be my 100% specialized diet.

    It is probably a mix of all of them. Though i think the three most points are cognitive behavioral therapy and diet aswell as physical tolerance (That also belongs to cognitive behavioral therapy i think).

    As far as diet goes i am trying to up inhibitory neurotransmitters like GABA, Serotonin, Glycin, Agmatin, Taurine and Dopamine while lowering excitory neurotransmitters like Glutamate, Histamine, Norepeniphrene, ... I am also trying to optimize bloodflow with L-Citrulline and nitrate to open the blood vessels up more with the help of nitric oxides.
    I will write an indepth article about that and will post the access for it in this forum, so everybody can start to work on the chemical side of premature ejaculation. But more to that in the future!!

    I will continue with the same measurements that are already known, but maybe i will add Ashwaganda or 5-HTP in the near future to add even more to relaxing effects.

    Update for 01.07

    I was working outside most of the day today, in the morning i edged...

    FOR 60 minutes haha. I used a latexglove again, my hand has still stripes of skin coming of .
    I did a mix of balooning, dry masturbating, jerking, thrusting, lubed jerking, lubed balooning. Never had to stop for longer than 10 seconds really. Had 1-2 PONRs approaching me at half time or so.
    At the moment, i am at the point where i can enjoy edging so much, i get so much pleasure out of it, i don't think about ejaculating most of the time i focus on sensation. Before i start the session i look at a clock and define a time until i definitely want to last. Then i just look at it if i have to wait because of a PONR (rare lately) or when i feel like it has been a long time.

    I didn't take any supplements today yet, neither my daily vegetable minimum, neither did stretches yet. Will do that now before sleep.

    I am happy it is like this at the moment, i hope for the best!! I am also getting into contact with sexy girls at the moment, my journey is improving all aspects of my life, as well as distracting me from my breakup! i am glad i started this!

    EDIT: Balooning the backside of the glans with a latexglove was the most intense stimulation i ever experienced in my entire life in this area

    Today was a rather bad session,
    i had problems with involuntary kegels from almost the start and had to hold a strong kegel so i only experienced a partial ejaculation after 15 minutes. I didn't take in my diet when doing this and had a bad night of sleep. I don't really have the time for another session today

    I will start to time my supplementary intake to further examine effects on my system. The last days, i had good sessions for a specific reason, and i am gonna find out why.

    Maybe it was because i had to eat the stuff my parents cooked for me, because i was eating with them and they always eat lots of pig and this kind of stuff i don't really like. I was rather stressed by thinking about my past relationship today. I don't know if this all contributed or if it is normal performance fluctuation but i may write it down so i will have a reference if i look back.
    Another thing to mention is, i definitely knew i was gonna have problems today, my glans was more sensitive from the beginning, even in the flaccid state. This is interesting in my opinion. I wonder what this means..

    Tomorrow i am pretty sure will be a good session again.

    had an complete emotional breakdown today, because of dumb shit i did and now i don't have contact to my ex anymore. Not a day to talk about performance.

    Try not to get too hung up on it dude. Your emotions will eventually fade and you'll find another girl, or girls. It's just temporary. I've been twisted up emotionally over plenty of girls in my past and now I look back and feel nothing. Time + new experiences will heal it.

    Started edging again, lasted for around 20 minutes. Somehow i seem to have lost control a bit on my previous success. I wonder what reasons are behind this. I also felt sleepy at some points during masturbation and it felt like i fall asleep when i closed my eyes. I am not sure why, maybe i have to sleep good 8 hours for a night to make everything work again.

    I am still on my diet and don't plan to change anything until i took that stuff for a month, then i am gonna try out new combinations. Taurin, Ashawaganda or 5-HTP and L-Glutamin will be a part of the adjustment.

    Started intense balooning again. Still don't get the concept of reverse Kegel for lowering arousement

    EDIT: Second session - dry - 30 minutes, felt way better and i had more control.

    At the moment, my performance is kind of stagnating. I decided to only update if i find something very interesting or have to report something very interesting in the future. That doesn't mean i stop my routine, i am going to continue it disciplined!
