Third day i did not ejaculate. I edged for two times, both times around 30 minutes (or longer) i don't even know but it was pretty long, at least 25 minutes both times.
I am cementing that ejaculation is not the key in these sessions. I will take a release tomorrow to give my prostate a rest.
This will be a pretty heavy orgasm and i will probably shoot at everything in my room i guess.
I feel like i made progress, because before i wanted to not ejaculate but i couldn't actually resist the urge. Now i can, i don't count the stops i have to do, i don't jerk all the time, if i feel it getting more intense i try things like RKs and balooning and where my trigger points are, etc..
Thing to notice is that reverse kegels seem to make the sensations in my head even more intense sometimes, i am pretty sure i am doing a correct kegel but i don't know why i sometimes get this.
Erection quality is still fantastic.
Maybe my the garlic i implemented into my diet changed something, i can't tell yet. I consume garlic for its gigantic health benefits. I occasionally even add ginger on top of that. My eating habits are monk-like towards such stuff. If i move out completely and buy only for myself, i will be a walking herb.
Furthermore you may did see my post about demystification of premature ejaculation. I am gonna adjust my diet more towards activating GABA receptors and trying to suppress glutamate. My next try will be L-Theanine, Taurine, Magnesium, Zinc and B6 together with 5-HTP and CBD-oil if i can spend that money. I won't include L-Glutamine because i have the guess, that i may not have enough GAD-enzymes but i'll see about that later in my journey.
Alternatively i want to try out phenibut, seems quite interesting, i gotta see about the laws towards that supp.

I am still on my routine. Lately i tried to integrate audio-stimuli and it really pushed the edge way earlier. I will keep doing it. i was gone for the weekend and i was drinking meeting a few chicks and so on, i gave in to alcohol for the festival-vibe and i had a good time.
I didn't notice any really benefits from Kegels/RKs/stretches yet. I am getting better at the lizard pose, i can do it in completely range of motion.
My favourite stretches are:
baby,lizard,pidgeon,root bond.
I am training the handstand at the moment with a wall for my feet as it is hard to hold atm but it should give me some core strength.
My diet fell of just a little bit in the last days. Did not eat brokkoli for a few days, fewer garlic (mouth-breath not good on a festival), and less protein. This week i will get on the powerbuilding-path again.
I decided to get this chinese balm now as i heard very positive reviews from several sources and i just want to comprehend it.

I am still on my routine, i am even more extreme now concerning Yoga. I do extensive stretching, i train headstands, i do poses like the lotus pose, lizard pose.. I do kickboxing, i don't even have time for the gym at the moment, because i have so much additional sport. I don't get weaker though, because i do so much varieties.
My diet is a bit less extreme at the moment, i eat garlic everyday, i try dodging processed foods, i avoid excitoxins like sugar and aspartame for the most part but i figured i don't get much benefit pewise.
I still do every other things like reverse-kegeling, kegeling while edging.
Yet, it did not help me a single bit. I just learned about my trigger zones being my frenulum and the underside of the corona. lately my glans feels even more sensitive. My masturbating sessions are never under 10 minutes, mostly 15-30, but as i expected my ponr doesn't magically shift to another point. I may do a reboot meaning nofap for two months or so, but i try pau yueng tong before and try to find a casual sex date just to try this stuff.

Little update.
I fell of out of sexual stuff RK's at the moment. I am still doing all the stretches, also for PV because i do a lot of yoga/pilates.
I thought, let's tackle my mental problems. Because there were some huge ones, in hindsight the breakup gave me situational depression and it is still wearing off. I also realized she will always remain a chapter of my life and crying to her did make me loose my dignity. When i (have to, i must) see her again in university i will be stoic and mindfull about my feelings. Not letting her manipulate me in anyway.
That's why i went to a festival (ex was also there thank god didn't see her) and it was a blast. I also write with 4-6 girls on occasion. One of them was really naughty and wanted me to visit her, i turned her down. She is too close to my friends and other people i know and i wanna be free from that pressure when getting back into sex. Maybe i will start with just making out with chicks at parties (kissing, fondling, this stuff) before i feel myself getting ready to penetrate chicks for casual-sex again.
For reference the last time i had sex was the end of may. I will try to get back into sex soon. It is work to find sexual opportunities too, so i have to get that going. My pickup-game and overall appearance is better than it ever was before. The breakup did let me mature big time. I am only 21 so i got a lot of time generally but i have a lot of projects on the side i have to work on.
When it comes to my routine:
As mentioned extensive stretching and kickboxing.
I did lurk here now and then and figured out i do more leg raises in gym and train my core. So i am doing that also with periodic progression.
Maybe i will start a RK-routine again, last time i did i felt like i stressed my PV too much and the Reverse Kegels did not help in real sexual situations at all.
My nutrition fell off the half onion a day, i still try to keep up with the garlic and will start broccoli again too. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits in general, a lot of fish, avocado, bananas. My skin is getting better lately (mild acne on back and chest, typically without scars).

Besides that i really felt that this break helped me to get away from frustration, not always thinking about how long i last from day to day to day. I mean i learned a lot about my braind and blablabla, but it also got me hung up a bit.

Good to see an update man, I was starting to get a little worried (no homo), glad you're getting over your ex and continuing to stay fit and work on yourself.
At least you know there's pussy out there if you're willing to take it, I sometimes think you will never feel like you're 100% ready to get back in the sack until you just get back in there. (not you personally but all people).

Hello, it is time for an update from my side for those who follow my journey.
By the time i took a break from all this shit that really fucked up my psyche (looking back) and i am pretty relaxed at the moment.
My measures PrE-wise have decreased nutrition wise to the point where i just follow a healthy diet (lots of vegetables, fruits, high protein, good fats). I've fallen off the onion, garlic and broccoli for everyday figuring it is not worth the hustle. I still take garlic, Magnesium, Zinc pretty regularly. i'll get Ashwagandha and CBD for testing purposes.
I started doing extensive hindisquats again, i decreased gym to one time a week whole body (works like a charm) and two times a week kickboxing. I've gotten pretty good at it meanwhile. Allthough i don't remotely believe that my PV has anything to do with my issue anymore, i still do things to loose it up. I have a hypersensitive glans and i notice it when masturbating. Numbing cremes basically cure me so i think this will be the reason if i cum too early in the future.
When i have my next sexual occasion i will try thin condoms. If that does make me shoot as fast as i fear i will buy thick ones.
My whole mindset towards women has changed. I don't want to sound bitter or anything but i joined the MGTOW (Men go their own way) philosophy and i am pulling it through. That does not mean i did turn into a celibate. I actually have never had that much success in talking to girls ever before. The breakup allowed me to mature my expectations, what i want from life and so on. Update:
I still try edging, i definitely found my trigger points. They are in the area on my corona around the whole glans and the frenulum. Hey guys.
I recently had sex with a new girl. I totally killed it and i mean it. Her sled-frame broke. She told me that was the best sex of her life. I was a bit drunk and i used PYT. I could last as long as i wanted to but still had a nice feeling. I had PIV for around 35 minutes and i didnt have any problems with lasting.
For me it is definitely the combination of things that help my inhibitory neurotransmitters and the supression of the EJ-Reflex by numbing it a bit with PYT.
I was not nervous beforehand, i really developed an iron-frame about myself.

As Forumdata has been lost. I'll just post this again.
Last weekend i met up with a chick and we went to Spa. After we got out of there when i changed my clothes i applied a small amount of PYT to my coronna and a part of the backside of my glans.
Fast forward two hours - we have sex. Amazing sex. 15 mins foreplay - around 25 mins of penetrational sex in every imaginable position. i had complete control over my Kegel-Reflex, in fact i didn't even finish this session though i felt sensations - even through the condom.

No erection problems, no problems at all. This time it was really hard for me to cum, because the condom took a bit of the remaining sensation.
