Hindi Squats!!
Also I don't think I've mentioned it in this thread so far but I've added hindi squats to my routine. I use this routine to be more specific: https://youtu.be/lbozu0DPcYI . Starting out a couple weeks ago I was hardly able to sit in the hindi squat for more than 20 seconds now I can run through most of the routine without exiting the squat. I feel like my pelvic floor has loosed and that I've gained some control over it. That being said I don't have the total conscious control over it which I ultimately aim to acquire.

That's a great Hindi Squat routine 👌 , I actually do a lot of those movements when I'm getting my workout on at Planet fitness during my stretching. That's my first time seeing this tutorial video but some great stuff. Some members complain about the pain in their knees caused by trying Hindi Squat but I actually have found a lot of success with these helping ejaculation control along with Reverse Kegels.

Here's an interesting change of events.. SSRI???
LONG STORY SHORT: My therapist (who I have never mentioned my sexual health problems to) referred me to a psychiatrist who today prescribed me an SSRI in order to treat or at least narrow down my future treatment options for my suspected demons
NOW. As someone who has, prior to today, done a a substantial amount of research, on both mental and sexual health. I am humbly familiar with SSRIs and how they work. Here were my immediate thoughts.
1. I'm scared this will effect my libido. I have had libido problems in the past that absolutely crippled my social life and I don't want them to return.
2. In my current PE odyssey, I want to work towards curing my PE as natural as possible. I know that taking an SSRI will potentially allow me to delay my PONR exponentially and therefore skew the process as I intended.
3. I am skeptical in the use of drugs in general to treat mental health. That being said, I understand that my doctor wants me on the medication to be able to better diagnose my condition and provide better future treatment options.
I've decided to go through and use the SSRI for a month. I will be careful to monitor its effects on my psyche and I'm following up with my doctor in four weeks to talk about its effects and discuss whether or not to continue with it. During this time I will continue with my PE routine which, as you know if you've been following this thread, includes: meditation, kegels, reverse kegels, yoga, and hindi squats, along with edging. And yes, I will keep this log honest and report on the effects of the SSRI on my PE. I assume that because much of my PE at this point seems to stem from arousal, so this might provide me with an opportunity to better control that if and when I stop using the SSRI.

SSRI update:
Second day on the half dosage of celexa. I went about my day as normal, did routine, kegels/RKs throughout, etc. etc. I noticed my libido was a bit up, that may be just because I've been working out more or bc I've been taking zinc supplements lately. I'm not counting out that its my body adjusting to the SSRI though. Really hoping more than anything that the meds don't tank my libido. I noticed I was a bit drowsy but it wasn't anything major. I guess its important to note that I wasn't able to finish during my edging session tonight. SSRIs apparently take a week to kick in but maybe that's just for the mood regulating effects.. I'm not fully ruling out placebo, especially because of the progress I've made this past week but it seems as of right now that this med may have delayed my PONR substantially. Still, I am working to increase control of my pelvic floor as well as arousal through natural methods.
More updates to come. Stay up!

Closing in on two weeks with the SSRI.
At this point I've felt a plethora of side effects including nausea, drowsiness, stomach aches, short instances of euphoria. Most last for a day or two before going away my doc said this was to be expected so I'm not fretting. At this point it seems like everything has stopped and I definitely think my anxiety has begun to leave me and my mood feels more.. regulated if that makes sense. The SSRI definitely delays my ejaculation, I haven't been able to verify with a girl, BUT my edging sessions have been controllable to 30+minutes. Its interesting because I feel as if I am able to control my arousal better on the SSRI, I can recognize the PONR easier and it takes me longer to reach it. I have yet to see a significant drop in my libido but I'm watching carefully for it. Overall I feel like the SSRI enables me to focus better and not get lost in arousal. Really makes me think about how much of this situation is mental.
My knee's condition has only gotten worse since my last update.. So I still have nothing to report on squats my pelvic floor seems more or less similar to it was during my last update as well.

3 Weeks on SSRI // Mobility issues & Pelvic floor tightness
Still no obvious drop in libido, and I feel like most of the initial side effects are behind me. I had a wet dream last night actually. First time in months. I had to take alot of the hindi squats and yoga out of my routine this past week bc my knee seems like it is getting worse by the day. Im waiting on an MRI at this point. I still meditate/kegel/reverse kegel and I've noticed during that my edging sessions that I've had a little bit less control over my pelvic floor and IKs, I assume bc I have not been doing yoga/hindi squats etc. The SSRI still delays my time to ejaculation but IKs still play a roll in how long I last..
This knee issue has made me significantly less active in daily life not only in terms of exercise and I suspect that has played the primary roll in the stiffness of my pelvic floor.

Closing in on 4 weeks on SSRI edging sessions have continued to grow a bit shorter. I continue to suspect the correlation between my pelvic floor and injured knee / lack of mobility/stretching. That being said they still last relatively long 20 minutes isn't too difficult to hit. Adding audio arousal shortens my time to ponr but at this point i can usually recognize ponr about 20-30 seconds before it occurs. I watched Porn for the first time in 3 or so months just to see the effect on my edging session. IKs became harder to control and arousal was heightened, ponr came faster but I still have made progress from the beginning of my journey where I would reach PONR within 10 seconds to only arousal.

5 Weeks SSRI.
I've been working out more what I can, Still no squats, deadlifts, and the like bc of my knee (I'm waiting on the results from my MRI) but I have been doing some ab work and other calisthenics for my lower back and abs. I focus as much as I can on my breathing making sure to breathe deeply and relaxed through my stomach trying to avoid any stuttering in the exhale. As well, I work on my poster making sure to keep my spine upright, my head tall, and chin up. I definitely feel as if my pelvic floor has loosened up again because of this. My last few edging sessions we're quite long pushing 30-40 minutes. The SSRI still has not really dropped my libido as far as I can tell so that is good. As far as the SSRI goes I do feel really regular if that makes sense, quite a bit of a difference from before I started but definitely a good change.
Key takeaway from this is posture, abs, lower back work, and breath awareness.

Been on the SSRI for about 10 weeks.
I've mostly forgot about pelvic floor exercises just bc I've been so busy with school, this is a mistake.
I hooked up with someone a couple weeks ago, had sex in her car and I lasted about 3 minutes. Its not the longest time but an improvement from before LMAO.
Also was getting head from this girl I've been talking to recently and i was able to last a couple minutes.
My knee seems to be getting better so I'll be resuming my pelvic floor training soon. More updates to come!
