Clenching my pelvic floor everytime i have an erection
So ive had this. My pelvis is so over active. When i have sex iam sore after. When i get morning wood and touch or my girlfriend or o touch the bed i clench.
Maybe you should start a Reverse Kegel routine and a stretching routine to loosen your PV a bit. I would say do cats or childs pose, its not hard to do but provides a good stretch.
If you have cramps in other parts of your body i would try taking Magnesiumcitrate (better than the supermarket-shit) and drink some red beet juice (contains precursor for nitric oxide) and optionally some L-Citrulline. If this doesnt help you should give your doc a visit to check your prostate (chronic prostitis is a sequel of too much kegeling, some here got it doing their routine. It has symptoms like pain on ejaculation or when urinating). This supplements could also help you to get better erections since they are increasing blood flow and widen your blood vessels if your mild ED originates from this.

I get that clenching and not being focused. I'm in the process of retraining myself as well on this. I tend to forget to stay relaxed and I inadvertently tense up while having sex. I try to control my breath and not make it obvious and then not notice that i'm not focusing on my PF and it went from neutral to tensing up.
Keeping mindful of all the techniques while recovering is a bit of a multitask but its just practice.
Create a routine and stay consistent and dedicated. Some recover faster then others.
Create a spreadsheet and track your progress and routine.
Master the RK, front first then back if going for balance.
PF stretches (Will Mentioned good ones to try)
Work on APT (if applicable)
Breathing
Edging to practice staying relaxed and the arousal scale.
Recovery is full of ups and downs.

Anterior pelvic tilt. Need to strengthen core, stretch quads and back and re balance the tensions on the pelvis.
RKs can be felt as front or back or both when you get better conditioned.

I'm having some of this too. I can't do a front RK to save my life and that's the area that just tenses up when having sex quickly. I've been doing tennis ball massage and deep breathing to try and help. Some light stretching too.
