    My previous posts about this topic haven’t been well worded and understood. Since my pe training has started(edging, rks and pf stretches) my pelvic floor, mainly the front has become spasmatic, like it will randomly spasm some times will just doing random things like watching tv. If something brushes my head, keep in mind talking about when soft, the muscle will spasm. During sex I have gotten way worse cause of this, going from 3 minutes on average from a bj/sex 15 seconds. I even had an expierence where i ik strongly after 10-15 seconds and came without orgasm, possibly the weirdest feeling I’ve ever expierenced in my life. Just flowed out with no high stimulation. Anyways to get to the point do you guys think my floor is just weak, and needs normal kegals implemented or did ik’s expose my problem and just keeping up with them will eventually even it all out.

    Just to add my rk’s seem to have no affect on iks, I can’t stop them really. During edging I can stay relaxed for times up to 30 minutes . I’ve been edging about 5 times a week with porn. Although I’m going to stop porn as of now.
