  • Increase In Involuntary Kegels With RK Routine

    I must be doing something wrong. I've read through the various guides in the forums, and I'm going backwards as far as IK's are concerned. So, I've had IK's before, but they were rare. But now, they are becoming frequent, I'm having them frequently during simple arousal, and as I approach the PONR they become spasms. I can use RK's to prevent IK's up until approaching the PONR, then the spasms start and no amount of relaxation helps.

    Here's what I've been doing since I've started out:

    I've been edging, start/stop which seemed too easy and I easily could see where my arousal levels are. I moved to edging to the PONR and stopping. I'm actually making progress as far as that is concerned. Now, I've been doing hindi squats while doing RK's and I make conscious effort to make sure that my PF feels like it's in a neutral, relaxed state throughout the day without doing a RK. I haven't been doing ANY kegel exercises and it is obviously weak.

    So, could this increase in IK's have anything to do with having a relaxed, but weak PF? Or... am I doing RK's incorrectly?

    I’ve had the exact same problem, never used to happen but would come quick now since starting a routine they are there and happen instantly for me. Same situation man and I don’t know if it is fixed by more rk’s or adding kegals been trying to figure this one out. Caused me to go from 3 minutes bj’s to 30 seconds

        What's odd is that I'm lasting longer while edging.

          When relaxed and masturbating, I can last usually even with porn. Sometimes during hardcore videos I can only last 10 minutes but most days I can go 20-30. I’ve also found this true but when it comes to real stimulation the ik’s are instant and way faster. I’ve ejaculated once with out orgasm do to these new ik’s. I’ve had a hunch that this is a sign that the pf is more relaxed but weak and needs kegals for strength. Might pursue this route

            No your PC is too tight. You need to stimulate while relaxing and not kegeling. Flexing lower lumbar making an anterior pelvic tilt (duck butt) and simultaneously flexing abductor leg muscles (knees spreading further apart...also deep yogi squats.

              I feel as if my butt is always like that I stick it out just naturally how I walk it’s weird could that be affecting it. So keep your legs closed?

                Posture can have a very big impact on a lot of things you aren't aware of.

                When I edge I make sure EVERYTHING is relaxed as tension will really build up that push the PONR quickly. Through breathing, reverse kegels and relaxation techniques I already feel like I'm in complete control. I decide when I want to go over the edge and it's easy enough to slow down, and let the arousal level drop. Nobody to test the real thing right now, and I refuse to introduce porn back into the equation.

                However, I can't figure out why, with doing a RK routine, my IK's are getting worse. I'm going to start trying a K/RK workout since I know that my pelvic floor is pretty weak considering how I can't hold a kegel very long without tensing up. Which isn't good.

                          In general i have seen muscles nark as they come out of spasm so it could be that .

                          However it is very difficult to diagnose anything over the net thus a pt who is on the spot is your best course of action.
