Just focused on practicing Rks throughout the day. Didn't edge or have sex today.

Had a great edging session today. Went for the full 30 minutes using the fleshlight and had a great sense of control throughout the entire session. Focusing on staying relaxed seems to help more than trying to hold RKs. If I got too close to PONR I would slow down and do several RKs then relax. I was still feeling some IKs but I didn't feel them start until after 5 minutes. After they started I just focused on staying relaxed and was able to continue for the full 30 minutes. I think I experienced some dry orgasms towards the end of the session which was fun. Overall this session helped with my confidence a lot so it is definitely a win in my book.

Had sex tonight and lasted about 6 minutes. Had less to drink than previous times last week so I'm pretty happy about it still. Just need to focus on staying relaxed. It's been difficult because I'm only having sex/ejaculating every 4 days so I still get overly aroused. I've noticed that I've had difficulty getting it up for round 2 lately. Before my refactory period was short, under 20 minutes. Now I am struggling to get hard enough for round two. I'm thinking of switching to a 2:3 ratio for kegels/RKs and working in holds.
I was reflecting on how far I've come in my journey earlier today. It hasn't been as fast as I would like and I still have a long way to go but progress is progress! Keep with.

Then practiced RK holds and relaxing the abdomen
No edging tonight but did have sex and lasted about 7 minutes and only one stop to switch positions. I felt very in control until I started going faster (hard to say no to a woman begging for it). Not going to edge tomorrow to give myself a mental break. When I start again I'm going to practice increasing the stroke speed and remaining relaxed/in touch with my PF. It seems like there is a weak, constant IK once I start. Will continue with balancing PF out.
While it may not seem like much progress has been had my gf has orgasmed the past 3 times we've had sex. Little progress is still progress!

8/9: Took yesterday completely off as a mental reset, just needed a break.

30 min edge session without ejaculating. I've noticed that I have a IK whenever I stimulate myself and i can't seem to get rid of it despite trying RKs. I practice holding through out the day and have made progress without using my abs as much. However, when I edge it seems like I can't stop the IK from coming. Its a light one but I think it's contributing to my PE. I'm going to continue with my routine to see if there's any progress.Last edited by caliboy415; 08-10-2018 at 03:41 AM.

Was pretty aroused throughout the day so edging was difficult. Edged for 24 minutes and ejaculated at the end. Focused on remaining relaxed and resisting the IKs. On Friday had sex and lasted about 6 minutes. Taking this process nice and slow and trying to not get down on the bad days.

8/17:
Decided to change this to a weekly instead of daily update to not spam the feed.
I upped my Hindi squats to 9 min.

2 min child's pose
2 min cobra pose
I keep my edging between 22-30 minutes and don't ejaculate at the end as I have sex frequently and want to save it for that.
Didn't do any edging monday, just stuck with stretches and RKs throughout the day. Tuesday I edged for 25 minutes. Wednesday had sex and lasted about 8-9 minutes but had to go really, really slow and stop a lot. Thankfully we're pretty relaxed together so we made light of it. Thursday had sex again but lasted about 5-6 minutes.
I've noticed that edging and during sex I have IKs that I cannot counter no matter how hard I RK. I'm going to just use my hand for now to focus on keeping my pelvic floor relaxed during my sessions while increasing stroke speed. I know I can beat this. It will just take time and determination.

I kind of do your routine with the hindi squats, i have anterior pelvic tilt, so i do a lot of stretching and core exercises and tennis ball massage, and i feel like im making progress. Your going in the right direction because you have a girlfriend, you have a routine which is going to help, and you can be totally calm with her. The one thing i would say is use your sex as an edging session. This PE thing will not go away in a year or two, you need to keep practicing until you fully master it. Dont let the super intense arousal control you. Find a position that you can last in and use that as ur first position to get your confidence up then go after the ones that are harder to last in. Also, lose yourself during sex. remember how much work you have put in and just enjoy it. Like you said its hard to say no to a girl whos begging you to go hard. Enjoy it and have fun. I know how hard it is to calm yourself when your dick is not listening, but i feel like you should last longer. If you have to stop, stop in the vagina. Don't pull out. You will get use to the sensations. Try and make the sex last 20-30mins. I had sex with my ex today and if you read up on my log, you'll see i went from a minuteman to being able to pound my ex's lights out to barely could stroke now. Today i was able to have sex for like 20 mins , with alot of pulling out but at some moments i could stroke a lot but i would have to stop and pull out and kegal to not cum. I can tell just how much progress ive made in a week of really staying consistent to my hindi squats, and anterior pelvic routine and some edging hear and there. Keep going bro, keep posting updates on log, theres so much information on this website to help you, keep searching, keep mastering the art of sex. Its no better feeling then a girl looking at you after you cummed and saying that was amazing, or that was the best. You feel like a king.

Hi i've just been reading your routine. I notice you are doing kegels. Pegasus wrote these can be counterproductive at the moment and he is correct.
Think of any other muscle in your body that (say bicep) could be tight/tense/inflammed, would you go to the gym and strength train this muscle? I'm guessing not. You would remove all tension and dysfunction first and 'then' strengthen as needed.
The stetching etc you are doing is great. 😎

Shikamaru- Read through your log real quick, I'll definitely try and edge more during sex but my gf and I both get tired of stopping. The sex is still fun and enjoyable but I'll try and edge with her once or twice a week as a confidence booster. In fact, last night I lasted about 10 minutes. We were taking it slow and I was on top and I felt in control. It wasn't until we switched and she went on top that I lost that control, I basically reached PONR after maybe 4 strokes. I stayed hard long enough for her to orgasm so it was all good in the end.
Paul789- I want to keep kegels in for a little bit to ensure I'm good for round two or three if the gf is up for it. I have greatly decreased the amount of kegels that I do to ease up on the tension down there. I believe it is more of a control and mental issue for me which is weird because I'm a confident guy. I'm not too worried as I know I'll get over it.
