19-25 Aug Update:
Was inconsistent with stretching this week but only missed a day or two.
Had sex on Monday and Thursday night and lasted about 10 - 13 minutes each time. For some reason I can't last long when she's on top now and I have the most control when I'm on top. Friday morning woke up and had a quickie due to gf having to get to work, lasted about 5 minutes but I was trying to ejaculate quickly. I edged Monday and Thursday before gf came over and ejaculated a couple hours prior to sexual activity. Tuesday I did not ejaculate and I plan on doing the same Saturday. All edging sessions are at least 25 minutes. I've been sticking to my hand and am increasing stroke speed as I go. In a couple weeks I am going to go back to the fleshlight.
As I go throughout the day I try and keep my pelvic floor relaxed. I've noticed that I will sometimes have to do a very light RK to relax my floor. I'm up to 10 min Hindi squat, 2 min reverse butterfly, 2 min child's pose, and 2 min cobra.
All in all I've had some fun sex and great edging this week. Little progress is better than no progress!

You say weighted kegel so I take it this is towel raise ? Be aware this is an intense exercise.

It's been a while since I've updated because I've been very busy traveling. Pegasus, yes those were towel raises. I've stopped doing kegel work until I get my PF under control. I mainly focus on keeping relaxed throughout the day and will do light RKs to check myself.
I've been slacking with my stretching, only doing it two or three times a week. I can sit in a Hindi squat for 10 minutes and I do 2 minutes of cobra pose, reverse butterfly, and child's pose. I've been consistent with my edging and do that at least 3 times a week. Each time I do it I go slow to make sure the IKs are under control. I've started using my fleshlight again to increase difficulty over my hand. I average about 28-30 minutes each session. I ejaculate after each session because I felt like I was giving myself blue balls and did not like the feeling.
I can comfortably last about 10 minutes during sex now. I usually edge earlier in the day to help myself out, I haven't had any issues with EQ and I like the confidence boost. A couple nights ago we used the KY duration spray which I'm not a fan of; only used it 2 times before but sex is about compromise so I don't mind but I definitely don't want it to be a regular thing.
As I progress forward I'm going to increase speed using the fleshlight and eventually work in hip movement. Once I get that down I'll try different positions.
This journey has been a long and slow one but I've made huge improvements from where I was a year ago. I'm confident that I'll beat this, not sure when exactly but it will happen.Last edited by caliboy415; 09-09-2018 at 05:53 PM.

So last night was the first time I really felt in control. I was on top and went fairly slow for probably about 10 minutes and then she got on top for about 5 minutes until she came. I think the biggest factor in helping myself out has been edging. I'm going to keep increasing intensity and difficulty during these session. I go on vacation at the end of this week so I'll be quiet for a little bit.

Your edging routine is 30 min? With or with out lube?

-Pegasus: Thank you! I'm finally learning to relax my pelvic floor and it's helped tremendously, glad I took your advice.
-LaCasa: It's never less than 25 minutes but recently it's been closer to 30 minutes. I use a water based lube and fleshlight currently. I've been edging for a while so it took a bit to get to where I am.

Update:
Got back from vacation. Confidence continues to grow as I last between 10-15 minutes when I can control the pace and everything. Still working on increasing control as I increase speed. Breathing, stretching, and edging are my main focuses and it's helped a lot in my routine. I never edge for less than 30 minutes and I try to up the intensity for the last 10-15 minutes to mirror where I want to be.
Still so happy with how much progress I've made since I decided to address my stamina.

Update:
Haven't had sex in about a month and a half due to gf health reasons. Should be able to resume again soon. In the meantime I've been pushing myself while I edge. When I go a 3 or more days without edging I have to take it real slow. When I edge frequently (once a day) my control is really good. I continue to practice reverse kegel throughout the day and edge for at 30 minutes. I mainly focus on remaining relaxed and to not have IKs as I edge.

Hi, i've just been reading all your thread. Have you found out 'why' your pf is so tense you still get ik's? Remember a tense PF is often the symptom not the cause. Posture, pelvic mis-alignment, muscle imbalance and stomach sucking are all huge causes of PDF. Even always having a wallet in your back pocket can mis-align a pelvis and hips. An osteopath can quickly give you this information. Once you have the cause and work on it you can be amazed how quickly ik's stop!
