88 and Will-
1. I've tried reverse kegels and I do them throughout the day. Not necessarily a routine but whenever I feel myself tightening up I'll do a light RK or RK pulse.
2. I haven't not looked into APT as the only sympton of that which I have is PreE.
3. Primarily missionary and it's hard to say if my PF is tight during it. I would say no it's not and it's only tight when I do a deep thrust (that's when I can feel it tighten up)
When I edge I try to keep my PF relaxed and not stop stroking. I've been working on arousal control as I edge as well.

It seems like you're doing everything, but maybe you need to add some more "weight". When you're bench pressing a weight for a few weeks, you eventually get used to the tension and need to add more to it. So during edging, maybe tighten the grip, add both hands, or speed up the strokes, because I think you need just a bit more tension to see more gains. I've found this to help me when I'm dealing with this sort of plateau.
