I've used very thick condoms AND kept my foreskin pulled over the head to the point where I could barely even feel anything during sex, yet still would cum very quickly. So, I believe that as long as those penile nerves are "fired up", ejaculation will still happen despite receiving very little stimulation. Once I'm close to the PONR, even just lubing up the frenulum area and stimulating it lightly with 1 or 2 fingers can send me over the edge. The nerves themselves have to be shut down - at that point even with heavy stimulation not much will happen.

Yeh for me one hour waiting is already good enough. And actually the effect last really long. So if you have "emergency" for sex probably an hour is the minimum. Otherwise longer is safer.

And also when I know I was going to have an actual sex (other than just masturbating). I put a bit more to make sure it works. Then I got a strong burning sensation and the area I put turned red. So guys don't be afraid to put only very very small amount and it would work AF.

I haven't read the thread thoroughly, so I can't comment on the conversational conflict I've seen referenced, but Pegasus has the right idea here being skeptical. I don't mean skeptical about whatever this concoction is working, but about its safety.

Ordering an unknown substance from an unknown source, and then applying it to your penis? Worse yet, applying it to your penis and then putting that penis inside someone else's body? Given that we don't even know if whatever this stuff is can permeate latex (etc.), I would argue that even if you use condoms you should inform your partner(s) beforehand that you've put this stuff on. Otherwise you're potentially causing them a chemical exposure without their consent. At least you're within your rights to take risks with your own body, but I would stay away from stuff like this.

It seems to me as most experiences have been solo rather than with a partner. I would be intersted to see how it works in actual sex. But the poster above me has a point about putting unknown substances on your penis and then inserting into a partner.

I know this may sound brutal but what about using an electric toothbrush for desensitization?
For me its not really the frenulum itself that is sensitive but the underlying tissue.
Could you put an electric toothbrush on either side of the frunulum and rub it really hard that way? Then let it heal .

Fair enough, I only advise caution given the weight of potential problems. For example, without knowing the manufacturer we have no knowledge of quality control. Even if the intended ingredient(s) are safe, one batch gets contaminated with a high concentration of arsenic (e.g. from soil somewhere) and down the line users develop carcinoma of the penis.

I tried it last night as well, but literally put the tiniest amount om freneleum an hour before and helped a little (didn’t feel any numb feeling which was great). Can you explain exactely how much you put on and how long before? What was your normal duration with and without using PYT?
