I can see how that could help strengthen a weak pelvic floor. You certainly are working those muscles when cycling. More than a dedicated kegel routine? I don't know about that. I doubt it.

I try to bike as much as I can without sitting down. Most of us sit all day anyways.
In recent years, scientists have linked cycling with several male health problems, including erectile dysfunction, which they speculate is caused by the saddle decreasing blood flow to the penis. In one study, Norwegian researchers gathered data from 160 men after they took part in a long-distance bike tour. They found that one in five suffered with numbness to the penis that lasted up to a week after the tour, and 13% developed erectile dysfunction that lasted more than a week in most cases. My journey to becoming a sexmaster
Short term goal: restoring pelvic balance
Middle term goal: ejac. control, great EQ
Long term goal: Multiple orgasms
What will you do today, that will make you proud in a year?

I think a lot depends on the type of seat you are using and your posture when cycling.
I got a new bike last year and had what I assumed was related EQ problems. I adjusted my stance and stated to do alot of kegel/reverse kegels while riding and the problem was gone.
Then this summer I was off the bike for a good 6 weeks, and I also took a break from pelvic floor work. Now that I am back to the daily grind I am back to the bike, too, and once again am having mild EQ problems. I can feel the darned seat putting pressure on the pelvic floor and have some related soreness.
So back to a strict kegel/revers kegel routine while on the bike.

Hello! I ride a bike very often, to be more precise, I have been professionally engaged in cycling for 10 years. When I don't have a competition, I like to take my mountain bike and ride in the mountains. It gives me a lot of pleasure and thus I clear my mind of unnecessary thoughts. But in my mini-trip, I always need to take a certain amount of luggage. I put all my supplies in a ToPeak bike bag, which you can learn more about if you look at this postThis way I don't have to carry on my back a huge amount of various supplies, such as water and food, because they all fit perfectly into this bike bag.
