Well I did stretches last night and 10 minutes of Hindi squats , also did an hour of stretching today and 10 mins of Hindi squats. Had sex with my ex and wasn’t very good at all. For starters my EQ was awful which led me to getting head on 0 arousal scale , and 0 meaning I’m at softest penis . I just felt like I had to pee or something or the cum was just st my head already . She gave me head for like 15 seconds and I felt PONr coming so I told her to stop and let’s do doggy . Could barely stroke and could barely stay st a 8 arousal where my penis is hard but I can stroke for s while . Just kept being around a 5-6 where I wasn’t fully hard . Switched to missionary but lost my erection . She gave me head again and took me a while to get back up . Then she rode me for like a minute but I had to keep pulling out and then lost my erection and just called it a day . Idk what’s wrong today but maybe the stretches and squats have affected my EQ?? Will edge tonight and see how this goes . Won’t deter me from my path of going back to lasting as long I use to be .

Honestly , I’m pretty sad and upset . Days like today are just a killer . The past 5 sexual expierences I’ve had have been much better then this . It’s like I go 1 steps forward and one step back . Don’t know what to do but keep pushing through . Better days are to come I hope.

Edged today with my hand for 36 mins . Didn’t cum . Tried to RK during edging to send back PONR , but I don’t know if worked . I feel like I’m best when I consistently edge for 2 weeks , I will see a big difference. Tomorrow or tonight will edge with a flashlight for more releastic sensation . Will be doing. Hindi squats later and yoga poses.

A rk only routine can cause all the issues you mention . A stretching only routine generally is less problamatic but in the end is similar . You may need to do some strength work.

Kegels is the most obvious or you could do some Pilates classes . Some weight training or band work or strongman can also have a powerful effect.
You are going to have to experiment to see what effect these exercises have . There is not a lot of research where stretches have caused this kind of issue . I would avoid rk if you are going to continue with the volume of stretches you are currently doing . . Stretches like hindi squat in effect belong to the same group as rk . You seem to have done too much yin with no yang .

i just feel like my anterior pelvic tilt problem which i havent been doing lately but will start today when i go to the gym is effecting my pelvic floor. My lowerback tends to hurt randomly during the day which causes my hips being so weak and tight. if i can solve this issue and increase flexlbility with stretches and hindi squat, my pelvic floor will naturally relax. only can hope for the best.
