Day 3 of Edging.
Did JP 90 day routine before i edged, then edged with my fleshlight for 17 mins before couldn't take it any longer. Could barely thrust into it without having to stop. Had great kegals to stop ejaculation a couple times. No semen came out. The last one was very powerful and i thought i was going to cum but i held it back. erection went down quickly but i got it back up quickly as well. went straight back to PONR though. Day 4.
havent edged today yet, but woke up did anterior pelvic routine. Next did hindi squats for 7 minutes. ended with yoga stretches and pelvic floor stretches for 30-45 mins. Hindi squats felt better today and i could go lower , didnt hurt as bad. sometimes on the hindi squat, i feel a slight kegal spasm then it relaxes as a i go lower. trying to get my body not to spasm like this at all during the day. will be edging later on today. also did jp 90 routine for PE after all of this.

Day 5 of edging . Didn’t do stretches or Hindi squats today but did 5 mins worth last night before I went to bed . Was able to get pretty low and I see I’ve gotten better already . Today edged with my hand for 60 mins . Successful session . The first 20 mins , IK’d weren’t heavy I could stroke fast for a while only to stop for a couple seconds then go back at it. Last 30 mins were playing near PONR and seeing the sensation and how far I could go without cumming . Edged near PONR for 30 mins and then first time cumming since I started back the log . Will be doing Hindi squats at the gym n stretches n before I go to bed. Starting to see small improvements because I haven’t cum In 4 days and i was able to go for 60 mins . A lotta of start/stops towards the end but it was a good session .

Continued on with Day 5 . Did stretches at the gym , yoga poses ,and 7 mins on Hindi squats . I can feel the pelvic flor relax but don’t know if I’m doing an rk normally or if it does on its own when I’m squatting or stretching .

Day 6 and 7, edged with my hands for 25mins both times. I have found this new girl at my school then i went on a date with tonight. We kissed a couple times right before we left but she showed me her birth control in her arm, so looks like i will be having raw sex again soon! I completely agree. Also I read that you had some EQ issues during your last session with your ex. Do you think it was psychological or some physical cause?
I am not a big fan of alcohol, but maybe to get relaxed glass or two of wine are not a bad idea for the first sex with a new woman. It helps the mind and body to relax more - meaning less stress and usually also longer sex.

I think it was a mixture of both, i get nervous around here sometimes because i know my performance isnt what it used to be, and sometimes i get in my own head of im not going to do good. Part of it as well is when im not training every day and taking it serious, i lose that confidence of i know ive been grinding and i know i can do this. I dont drink anymore so i dont want to do that, plus i want to beat Pre-E without having to use anything to help. I know what you mean a little alcohol can help you last a lot longer, but im good on that. I believe the best way for me to get where i use to be is to actually have sex with someone im not nervous with and someone im not afraid to have a bad performance because ive been down this road before. Best way to beat Pre-E is to have sex and stay consistent practice and not give up like i did last time once i started to get the hang of it.

Day 8 of Edging<> FLESHLIGHT!!
Edged with my fleshlight for 20mins today and boy it was a rollercoaster. EQ was great, could last better then i did last time using my fleshlight. had to pull out a lot though, but the overall expierence was great. A lot of pleasure, a lot of telling myself i can get back to where i was. Meeting this new girl has given me motivation to get back where i use to be! Day 9 of Edging

Day 10 Real Sex!
Hooked up with a friend last night and we had sex for like 45 mins. This was my 3rd day of sexual activity without cumming and i feel like i did great.
