    Here are a list of the stretches I’m doing:

    Reverse hurdler
    Butterfly and reverse butterfly
    Downward dog
    Upward dog/cobra
    Happy baby
    Hindi squat, back on floor, feet on wall
    Hindi squat with one foot up a few stairs
    Tennis ball massage (in car or in work chair)
    Child’s pose
    Hip tilts while lying on back
    Hip flexor stretch

    I think that’s it right now.

    Well, I suppose it’s inevitable. If you spend enough time on the PreE forum, you’ll run across minuteman’s thread called From PE to MMO. Wow, that has a lot of information.

    Although I’ve not completely fixed my PreE (I’m at about 50% with real sex), I’m considering committing to learning about MMO. I think I’ll spend this week doing my normal work on PreE, and simultaneously dig through all the info on Pegym regarding MMO to gain some knowledge.

    is your hindi squat with back on floor and feet on wall, thats like a deep squat stretch if im not mistaken? check the pelvic floor stretching on the stickies or even in recent pages on the PRe-E forum, and under deep squat stretching the video on youtube, shows if im not mistaken, what your talking about? because a normal hindi squat is feet on the floor and drop your butt as low as to the floor as you can. Also on your MMO thing, im looking into doing that as well. Ive only been able to do it twice or three times holding a kegal back at the perfect timing on a really hard ejaculation, and my dick came but no semen came out. Like my dick was actually making the contractions and i felt as if i had a really strong orgasm(so strong that i lost my erection after) because my penis thought i cummed. I wasn't able to keep going because my body wasnt use to multiple ejaculations. Ive gotten really good at holding a kegal back when i get to 9.5 on my arousal scale and i feel the semen coming up, i do a strong kegal and i can hold it back. only some times when its really strong i will kegal and hold it for 5-6 seconds , almost have it but then i explode (lol). I would suggest reading up on it , and just try practicing your kegals and learning your arousal scale and timing is a big thing when you need to kegal really hard. if you kegal to early, you'll explode or if you kegal too late, youll blow as well.

    Been another few days since I've been here to share an update.

    I'm having a few personal issues at the moment which has hindered my opportunity to fit in Hindi squats and other stretches - Sounds daft as its only 10 minutes a day but it's not happening at the moment. Hoping to get onto this as soon as possible as it sounds like its what I need to make a difference.

    Still RK'ing throughout my daily life as much as possible. Although its difficult to tell if the expansion I'm feeling is my pelvic floor or more towards my anus.

    Still struggling with the STU though overall. I seem to go from a 4 arousal and shoot right up to a 9.5 - I'm still well under a minute on the STU before my PONR which is frustrating as hell. I do struggle to take it slow though too, I think my conditioning from younger years of trying to cum quickly when masturbating means I don't want to slow down, not to cum now but I do enjoy the intense feeling. My issue is once I'm at the PONR and stop, I get there almost instantly when I restart. Had a bad edging session yesterday where I came within 10 minutes.

    So today I tried something new. As I'm struggling with involuntary kegals when lying on my back I edged with my hand and found I didn't have the involuntary kegals and had much more control. I guess this is to be expected but I also managed to regulate my breathing as well which is a struggle when I've got the intense feeling of the STU or sex.

    I'm still on the slow mag magnesium chloride but this doesn't seem to help when edging although as previously documented I don't get aroused as easily initially and if I stop I also lose my erection quicker. No gains on edging or sex though.

    The list of stretches is also really handy. I need to endeavor to Hindi daily and get some more stretches in there too. Hopefully this with my RK persistence and edging regularly will help.

    Good to hear from you. Glad you’re still working at it.

    For the first two weeks that I edged with a STU, I felt strong IK right away and my arousal could easily spike out of control. First, I slowed my rate down to one stroke every 5 seconds. Each time I moved into the STU, I took a medium deep breath into my belly. At the same time (or around the same time), I did a RK. I played around with doing a burst of Little RKs and sometimes I did a very long RK. Over time, I did not spike up to the PONR. Also, after that, I increased my speed.

    I don’t feel my anus expand when I’m doing a front reverse kegel. I wonder if your pelvic floor is still too tight to feel the expansion of the pelvic floor when doing a RK?

    To be honest, normal Hindi squats don’t do much for me. The stretch I feel the most is the happy baby pose. That is my go to if I’m locked up. Also, if my belly won’t expand during a breath, then I do the cobra stretch.

    Thanks for the suggestion to look at those posts on stretching. There’s a ton of good ones that I am not doing.

    Yes, the Hindi squat on my back is the deep squat stretch from the video you mentioned. The regular Hindi squat feels like I’m only stretching my groin and not my pelvic floor. It’s probably good to stretch my groin as well, but when I can’t RK due to tightness, the Hindi squat alone doesn’t get me there.

    Let me know if you figure out anything with MMO.

    I had real sex again last night, and it went well. I went into it with a sense that it could go either way. I felt pretty intense arousal and a nervousness in my stomach from the anticipation.

    Breathing helped allow the nervousness to mostly pass. I had to go very slow again at the beginning. I’m a little concerned that edging with the STU is not a perfect guide for real sex anymore. I edge 7 days a week, and have sex once or twice. So, I think my body is building a tolerance for the sensation of the STU, while the extra arousal from touching, sounds, etc of real sex are different.

    After going slow for about a minute, breathing and RKs, we settled into a plateau. It felt like it was at a higher level this time because I had to be very careful not to forget to breathe or RK. I was on the edge of having control.

    After my wife orgasmed, we switched to doggy so I could try to figure out how to make that work. I got the suggestion to have her keep her legs together while I put my legs on each side of hers. That worked better (more friction) than the normal way. But, I think after already having two orgasms (one from oral and one from sex) she wasn’t going to get there again. But, it was fun to try something new. With PreE, I never had the chance to experiment because it was over so soon.

    We went back to her on top, and I finished up. I didn’t look at the clock, but from my experience timing my edging sessions I’d say it was around 10 minutes.

    After having that set back a few times ago where I couldn’t reverse kegel, I feel less likely to get over confident again. I expect to have many ups and downs.

    Had an eventful edging session today. As my last post I do struggle to really slow things down, but I did take your advice WillGetBetter and forced myself to do so. I've learnt from really slowing things down that on either up or downward strokes, I get an involuntary kegal straight away (and I'm talking like 1/32nds of a stroke if that makes sense - almost the instant theres any movement up or down)

    By stopping for a minute or so the involuntary kegals seem to go away. I do constantly jump from a 4 to 9.5 though so I really hope I can find the middle ground.

    Strangely though about 15 minutes in I thought I'd lost control at the PONR and thought I was going to ejaculate. I held a really strong kegal and whilst I felt a small orgasm but I didn't ejaculate. After that all the major sensitivity in my penis and gland went, it still felt great but the huge sensitivity had gone. My EQ dropped from like a 10 (have no problems in this area) to perhaps a 8 but the feeling after that with a reduced sensitivity was great, allowing me to go for longer. I did get to the PONR a few more times but felt I had much more control (and stamina)

    I've also done some stretches today and wonder if I'm doing them correctly right now - I'm not feeling anything in my pelvic floor until I try and RK (is that right?) - What I've tried and what I'm feeling are below:-
    Reverse Hurdler - great hamstring stretch
    Baby Pose - Inside of upper thigh near groin - Feel I can RK well but its more to my anus
    Cobra - Lower back and tension on shoulders. Can RK and feel it more in penis
    Hindi Squat - Can get quite low now but feel RK towards anus
    Butterfly - Feel it in groin. RK more towards anus
    Downward Facing Dog - Struggled to do this
    Childs Pose - Felt I could RK really well here.

    On another note - I'm really thrilled to hear of your progress. I know you've had a set back in the last week but sounds like you've got back on top of it. I know you also feel you have a long way to go but you should be pleased with what you've achieved so far and you sound super motivated to keep improving so good on you! I hope I can start to see some improvements soon especially after mixing in more stretches etc.

    I had very similar experiences to you just a few weeks ago. I had not plateau (either very low or at the PONR). Then, a plateau started to develop over time. Before I felt my first plateau, I wondered if my body was capable of it. Then, one day, it just showed up. I’m not exactly sure why, but it was probably a combination of my body just getting used to the sensations, my breathing getting more consistent, and my ability to use RKs. I believe you will get there also.

    I had two or three of the hard kegel at the PONR experiences. Sometimes I would (mostly) keep my erection afterwards and hit a plateau. Sometime I would completely lose my erection because I went too far and didn’t kegel early enough or hard enough. Those were good confidence builders because I reached a plateau. Someone gave me advice that it could be hard to pull that off during real sex and that maybe, instead, I should try to stay away from the PONR. I don’t think I really had much of a choice early on because my body was doing it’s own thing.

    Thanks. I feel very happy and lucky that I’ve made this much progress. I’ve now had sex 3-4 times without feeling the shame that I felt previously from PreE. I’m having a lot of fun now!

    good news from u Will, and with that good feeling u will go on, and with every sessison it will be better and better.

    quick update from me: last eding with stu session on friday about 30min, very good control, no sex , every day streching, many rks... will report after next time sex

    edit: @your stu concern: maybe go to 5x a week, so you give your body a break to recover, i think this is about get used to it the training with the stu, and it help u from 1min to 10min and to understand the whole progress. I have the feeling the stu help me a lot, in the first session i could only pump a few times in the stu and was at the ponr now on friday i alsmost did the 30min fast, slow, super fast and so on.. i will go on with my stu training i have the feeling that i have way more control down there and understand how this works.
    but u are right, in the real sex its a different story your arousal is higher. What i tought about that, maybe egding with stu an porn? to get arousal and the sounds from the real sex.
    But we are on our porn break dont know if this is good?
