    Pretty fast results for success. Myself & RK's took well over a year for solid success.

    Even today with intercourse although I'm much improved stamina wise , I'll still throw in a EQ supplement. My arsenal is , VIGRX Plus , Pro-Solution Plus or Male Extra. Those in my opinion are the best all natural EQ supplements & assistance with intercourse stamina.

    Beyond that , Congratulations on that success !!!!! 😎

    Here’s an update on my practice over the past two days. I now almost exclusively practice RKs - no normal kegels. I’ve found that during edging when I need to clamp down with a regular kegel, I have the strength to do that. Right now, my issue is a tight pelvic floor - so no need to make it tighter. In the future, as my plateaus get more consistent, I may add some regular kegels in to develop another skill. But, right now, it’s all about relaxing and letting go. I generally do at least 5 sets of a burst of 20 short RK each day, and 5 sets of long hold (20sec) RKs each day.

    Normal daily routine:
    1. RKs, rarely do a set of kegels
    2. Pelvic floor stretching. I’m really feeling the wall hindi squat and the wide stance hindi squat where I rock my weight back and forth over each foot. I also tried a hindi squat where I put one foot up a couple stairs and rocked back and forth. That worked for me.
    3. Ballooning and edging for 10-20 mins each day. Ejaculate every 2nd or 3rd day.
    4. Focused deep breathing during edging.
    5. Added arousing thoughts - this is definitely making the arousal more realistic.

    General trends:
    1. Fewer IKs and less intense IKs at the beginning of an edging session.
    2. RKs and deep breathing are starting to feel a little more automatic and natural. The bad edging sessions are usually caused by forgetting these two things at the beginning.
    3. I’m playing around with using a hard long kegel to stop or slow down an arousal level increase. It seems to help, but I haven’t done it enough to have any real confidence that it will work in a real sex situation.
    4. Starting to handle direct frenulum rubbing with lube better. I don’t think it’s getting less sensitive, it’s just seeming less directly tied to my arousal level shooting out of control.
    5. I’m starting out an edging session at a faster speed. I used to have to go at maybe one stroke every 3-4 seconds. Now I start at about 1 stroke a second. However, sometimes that is too fast.

    Does anyone have any tips for being in missionary position and not having arousal level spike out of control? My BC is rock hard and I can’t RK to make it relax. I’ve seen very small improvements in missionary, but wonder if there’s some exercises to try - or things to be aware of. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Re missionary ;commonly bum and other muscles are used which activate/reinforce a kegel type effect.

    Re point 4 this seems a common effect as the pelvic floor relaxes.

    Before I started working on my PreE a couple weeks ago, I ordered some PYT online. It arrived in the mail yesterday, I followed the package instructions exactly, and I tried an edging session with it. I had no IKs, could go as fast as I wanted right from the beginning with the STU, and felt like I could go as long as I wanted - even in my problem position (missionary). The interesting thing is that it didn’t make me feel numb like the other desensitizing sprays or creams I had used in the past. It just takes the intensity down a couple notches. The old sprays and creams I used in the past never worked for me because even though my dick was completely numb, I would still cum in 1 minute because I couldn’t control my arousal level, breathing, or pelvic floor. With PYT, I still had to breathe deep, RK, and be aware of my arousal - but my dick didn’t feel numb and I had way more control.

    I am not going to use it for any more edging or ballooning sessions because there just isn’t any point - it hides where I really am with my practice. Will I ever use it for real sex? Yeah, I’ll probably try it. But, my ultimate goal is to get to do this without something like PYT. The 3 hour application time makes it hard to use for sex when the opportunity comes up quickly. And, there still is a bit of an unnatural tingling. But, it’s a way more effective product for me.

    Quick update:
    The last couple days I’ve continued stretching with a tennis ball and Hindi squats standing, lying against a wall, and with a wide stance rocking side to side. I’m still exclusively doing RKs. I edged today with the STU. My starting speed is almost at normal sex speed. The IKs are still there, but they seem more manageable now. I’m not sure they will ever go away.

    I read that to do no-hands fleshlighting you can take the silicone part out of the casing, put it between two pillows, and lay on that in missionary position. It feels very realistic. I did about 35 minutes in that position. I had to stop a couple times, but mostly I could stay away from the PONR by slowing the speed or changing the angle a bit.

    I feel like I’m continuing to make progress. Instead of fearing sex, I’m really looking forward to what I can do. I think I can figure this out.

But while edging when i am at the ponr i stop an pull it out then i have to wait 1-2 minutes then my arousal go a little bit down, but if i start again my arousal is at the top again in a few seconds and the ponr is back...

    A question for you:
    1. Does the same thing happen when you’re on your back? Do you hit the PONR very quickly and then does it take a long time to settle down (1-2 minutes)?

    When I first started a few weeks ago, when on my back, the only way I could stay away from the PONR was to go extremely slow, do diaphragm breathing, do RKs, and have no arousing thoughts. Over time, I increased the speed and added arousing thoughts. My pelvic floor is getting looser, my breathing is getting more automatic, and my body is getting more used to the feeling. Now I can reach a plateau and maintain it for about 10 minutes.

    Even though I made progress on my back, when I switched to missionary I am having to start over. After working on this exclusively the last couple days, I realize that I cannot RK and loosen my pelvic floor when in missionary position. Holding that plank position tightens everything up - and tightened muscles is what leads me to PONR. Also, I need to get my body comfortable with that level of feeling just through practice and repetition. Mostly I need to learn to RK in that position.

    You may want to go after your easiest position first. It might be nice to build some of the RK and breathing skills where you can have some success before going after your most challenging position. I guess I don’t know which position you consider hard or easy - or where you are in your process.

    Some things to try: when you first get in, just stop for 1 minute. No moving. Just breathe and relax. Try to notice what is tight - what are the factors leading you to get to PONR. Is it tightening your BC and PC muscles? If so, do more stretches and RKs. Is it the intense feeling on your frenulum and glans? If so, do more ballooning. Next, move very slowly. Can you go slow enough to not reach PONR?

    I reread your post - and wonder if maybe you should try to not reach PONR. So, instead of getting to PONR and then having a hard time dropping back down to a plateau, maybe you could attempt to ramp up slower and settle into a plateau. I received that advice in an earlier post to this thread, and it is working for me. I don’t just slam up to my PONR ceiling. I try to slowly, slowly ramp up to a plateau at about a 6 or 7 and then maintain that level through slowing my speed, breathing, and RKs. I have much better success easing into it than coming back down. Good luck!

    I tried this yesterday edging but not going on the edge of ponr, and it worked well, i edged with 2 short breaks (wich i used to REALLY deep breaths) and lastet 10min on my back and then 10min on my knees (doggy) = 20mins. I am happy as fu*k.

    Today or tomorrow i will try the same with my STU, i think this will be more harder to do, i will give back info

    What i noticed, while edging i breath really deep in my stomach this relaxed my pelvic floor and worked well, later at the end i always hold my breath, i had to remember myself all the time DEEP BREATH. But at some point i think about min 18 it was really hard to relax the pelvic floor, it was hard as rock and i cant do rk or deep breathing to tighend it up... i have to find a solution for this. Maybe i try to pause here for about 2-3 minutes and see whats happening.

    I will say once more Thank You! You and your posts motiviatet me again to solve this problem. I tried it about one year ago but then i stopped because i wonderd after 1-2 weeks training nothing happend, now i have a goal like you, give myself time, train hard and clear. Yes i know there will be fallbacks but in the end i know, we can reach our goals! Keep it up!


    edit: yeah its much easyer on my back to relax and do rk, on my knees it was much harder, what i forgot to write i tried it in standing position there it was impossible to rk but what i also noticed if i stand straight and my hip is a bit in the front there is no way to rk when i bring my hip a litte back it was very hard to rk but i get it 1-2 times...

    Thanks so much for your feedback. I also have tried to fix this without success a few times in the past. I never had any success. I’m so glad I found this forum and committed to working on this for a long period of time. I’m glad you are making progress. I am still stunned that I have improved.

    I’ve only had a few times to try these things out with real sex, but the one thing I think was key for me was to keep everything extremely slow at the beginning, and have control or feel comfortable being able to slow things down or stop to give myself a chance to reach a plateau. I hope you have someone or can find someone that you feel comfortable enough with to tell them what you need. I’ve had to completely retrain my brain to allow myself to change the entire sex process - everything from doing RKs when I am performing oral, to constantly reminding myself to breathe, to grabbing my wife’s hips and slowing things down and controlling the speed to where I won’t ramp up to the PONR. My wife said that she even likes going slowly better at the beginning - so that’s something we would have never learned if I didn’t finally have the confidence to be completely honest and open with her.

    It sounds like we have a lot of the same issues that are causing our PreE. It would be great to continue to hear what is working and not working with you. I plan to spend this week working on RKs while in missionary. I hope I can find some way to be in that plank position which requires me to tighten my core muscles - but somehow loosen my pelvic floor. I’m not sure.
