    Yeah it seems we have a lot in common - lets keep us updatet here, so we and the other benefit from this.

    I will edge with STU today and my goal is to reach the 10min mark with start stop and really deep breathing.

    "retrain my brain" - yap i am in the same progress yet, every day bevor i go to bed i say to myself "i can do it, i determine the time von ejaculation, i love the long sex" and so on -> autosuggestion

    "to constantly reminding myself to breathe" - that was my biggest point in edging sessions, if i forgot to breath i feel the ponr is coming very fast! today i have to focus even more on this

    I haven’t made any mention of porn in my progress log. Most of my life I’ve looked at porn. I believe it encouraged bad masturbation habits (ejaculate quick and huge spike in arousa level). I have cut it out completely the last three weeks since I’ve started my PreE training. Actually, it feels good for some reason to take a break from it - and not just because it of the issues related to PreE. I’m not morally opposed to it, and there may be a day I go back to it, but right now it feels good not to have it as a part of my life.

    Other updates, I’m continuing to stretch, do RKs exclusively, balloon, and practice edging in many positions. My speed and time duration before nearing PONR both are moving in the right direction. I’ve been on a work trip for a while, so I’m looking forward to having some real sex soon. Although, having a number of uninterrupted days where I was staying in a hotel with the STU was helpful for doing focused work.

    Update from me:
    I startet yesterday a edging session with STU, wow man thats a different story. Remember with my hand an slow speed and good breathing i lastet 20min but with STU i think it was around 2min and i have to stop the first time I tried to do deep breaths but it wont work my Pelvic floor was hard as rock and i have no chance to change it. I let my dick in the STU to get used to the feeling but after 3 minutes of not moving my arousal and errecion was still at 9+ the i pull it out and waitet around 1-2 min and go back on and this for about 15min and did no ejaculate, as soon as possible i have to do the next session with STU
    in the meantime i will do my exercises (streching, Hindi, push ups ...)


    @porn: yeah u right, we forgot that: i stopped porn at the time i startet my PE healing program again. I think this will help us in the long run. i know i have learned my self bad habbits durning masturbation to porn in my younger years...

    Yeah, the STU is pretty intense. The first week there were times I just put it in and sat there for many minutes afraid to move at all. Then I worked up to moving very slowly and kept progressing. It is really good practice for the real thing. But the real thing is also a step up in the intensity because of the kissing, touching, skin contact, etc. But, that STU has really helped things progress quicker.

    It is possible to do rk while doing a plank . Be aware of how muscle tension can reinforce kegel action/strength.

    Thanks. Sometimes you just need to hear that something is possible to believe that you can do it.

    I spent about 40 minutes today working on edging in missionary and after battling it out for the first ten minutes with slowing down and sometimes completely stopping, I did finally get to a point where I could RK in missionary. I definitely don’t have a good handle on it. The tightness really depended how I had my pelvic bone tilted, how much weight I had on my arms vs knees, etc. It’s going to take quite a bit of work to be able to pull this off in a real sex situation, but I had the first bit of success today.

    I want to give an update on my progress over the past three weeks. My long-term goal is to have PIV sex for 15 minutes in any position.

    Starting times:
    Masturbation or handjob with lube = something like 1 minute
    Blowjob = 1-5 minutes
    Sex her on top: 30 seconds - 2 minutes
    Sex me on top = 5 thrusts maybe

    Current times:
    Masturbation with STU and lube =
    on back: first PONR at moderate to high speed is 5 minutes.
    standing: about similar to being on back
    missionary: first PONR at very slow speed about 2 minutes.

    Sex her on top: in first week of training it was 30 seconds. Second week, we started slow and switched to a couple positions over a 5 minute period. Then she was on top and I reached a plateau. We went for 10 minutes.
    Sex me on top: not sure yet. I tried it for a couple seconds - then realized my arousal was going up too fast so I pulled out and we switched positions. No progress in missionary with real sex yet.

    I will also say I had sex one more time with her when I used PYT. I put on too much and could barely get an erection. After a lot of work, I got an erection, and we had sex with her on top until she came - about 5 minutes. My dick had no response - so I couldn’t cum. The experience wasn’t perfect, but I would take that over feeling shame. But, I’ve decided to not use PYT again until I finish my 6 month training commitment. I don’t want it interfering with my progress and I don’t want to rely on it.

    That’s where I am.

    Most of my life I've had lower back pain. I am not a flexible person naturally. It took two years of yoga before I could touch my toes.

    When I lie down on my back, there's a pronounced arch under my lower back. My PT showed me that if I rotate my hips, I can flatten my back while lying.

    So, it seems to be a problem.

    It may just take some time to get used to it. The good thing is that it seems to be simulating real sex for you. So, it will be a good guide for how you could do it in a real situation. Just keep trying it over and over. You'll figure something out that helps.

    One thing that helps me when I decide to stay in the STU and my arousal level won't drop down from a high level. I RK a lot! I try doing a burst of little RKs. I try to do really long RK. I just keep trying to RK to relax - and it's started to work. Good luck!
