    Hi ive just red same long threds about arousal control. Could any one put in simple words cos english is my second language. And im sure that my pe is to do with my arousal. Cos if i dont make any pictures in my imagination i can stroke for hours. But if i think sexy it goes to PORN in seconds. So i think i have to "work" on my arousal control. Please any one explain in simple words. How to achieve that

    Hi fobizzz,

    Try to gradually increase your tolerance. For example, when masturbating start off with no sexy thoughts, and then slowly add them in. Start with something that's comfortable, and doesn't make you get to PONR in seconds, and then build on that. Try to make it more difficult each time. Also, remember to relax and breathe deeply.

      I feel I can't even increase my tolerance the way that's described. I can't even get an erection without porn or being with a girl. Just thinking about it does nothing, I need visual stim.

      BUT, if I'm around a girl, and I know sex is about to happen / very likely could happen, I'm hard as can be just thinking about it, but they need to be in my presence, no in between.

            THink of sexual things, and edge to that, dont give into the urge of cumming. Make sure you relax yourself, see how your body reacts to this. Have you had any sex lately? Do you last a while in that?

              I'm thinking I do to a point. I probably look at porn maybe once a week. I'm single now but I was probably having sex about 3 times a week about 2 months ago. I had sex way more than i looked at porn. Being around a girl and smelling her perfume or feeling her touch does more for me more than porn ever will, but the only two ways I can ever get hard is porn or being with a girl. Not by thinking about sex. Maybe i get hard with porn because it is really close to how having sex looks. Or maybe Its the other way around and I get hard with a girl because it looks like POV porn which I always watch. I don't know I'm confused and frustrated.

                I think I have similar problem. Trying the plateu edging with adding stimuli gradually.
                Start: 1st of April, 2020 BPEL - 5", EG - 3.9"
