  • Crazy spasms in PC muscle

    Hi guys,

I have been a lurker for quite some time here. Posted something about wanting to start PE a few years ago but changed my mind.
I am having issues with my erections, libido and stamina due to a horrible porn addiction that took years of my life. I have stopped masturbating, watching porn and the only sexual activity that i have is sex with a girl so in my time i think that my libido and erection problems will be sorted out.

Now talking about the stamina... My PC muscle is spasming like crazy due to porn conditioning... I have tried reverse kegels, edging, reverse kegels when edging, stretching... I cannot say that they did not help. But still my PC muscle is spasming like crazy all day long all the time. If i just lay by myself in the bed and move around BOOM i have spasms. If i stand up from my bed BOOM spasms. If i sit on a chair, if i stand up from a chair, if i just move in my goddamn bed from one side to the other, if i exercise, if i basically do anything i have spasms. They don't seem like they will go away... Also i urinate ALL the goddamn time and had a prostate ecography and nothing wrong was found. Maybe my urination problems are linked to this? I have no idea anymore... And the doctors don't either...

Last time that i had sex i really was good at it. When i felt like cumming i reverse kegeled hard and didn't even stop. I was reverse kegeling while i was still thrusting away and lowered down my arousal. I could keep this for something like 10 seconds... After that i had to take a 2 second break from thrusting, reverse kegel hard to bring my arousal level down and keep on going... Honestly if i would not have erectile dysfunction issues i would just do this all the time, but i cannot because i will lose my erections... So im pretty fucked either way...

Is anybody having any suggestions what to do with this spasms that just don't stop in my day to day life? Because they are going all the time, of course when i have sex they are 10 times worse... Thanks anticipated!

So, pretty much the basic stuff talked about in the stickies drilled enough should be able to heal this issue?

No other special ideas or procedures right?

Thanks... I ll go back to drilling everything as much as i can then. I created the thread just to be sure that there aren't some specific things that i should do in my case..

There is a lot of info onsite ,,even in just the stickies . So a thread like the stretch thread( for instance) does not just contain hindi squat but a wealth of stretch info . Trouble is over the net it is hard to diagnose underlying issues that a physio would pick up . So here for instance is a guy whose issue was pelvic tilt .

            https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...w-i-cured.html

Sometimes a progress thread can tease these things out .

I understand... There is no physio option so i ll just keep on going with edging and reverse kegeling until i find a way out hopefully. Thanks!

I would also try and look for an undlerying issue .

Well I know for sure that the underlying issue is the way that i masturbated over these years, always kegeling to bring me closer to orgasm or kegeling to force an erection after i already had one so basically i think that this is it... Either way i wouldn't know how to medically search for other things and i m sure as hell that the doctors wouldn't know too...

Thanks for the reminder with that "Read and reflect" thread. I guess i should stop looking for shortcuts and just go and hammer it the old way..

find out why your Pf is so tense. Could be other muscles pulling on your Pf. Anterior pelvic tilt/ tight hamstrings, stomach sucking, bad posture, not fully relaxing your PF etc

Try 2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate during a day, first search for sodium bicarbonate and then it s up to you
