    I wouldn't say rounded shoulders cause PE, but they do push the weight forward so not sure how much effect it has on the hip position. Just look at youtube videos, it's similar to APT where your chest and front delts out-power the upper back... So stretch your chest, and front shoulders, and workout your upper back much more. This is a bit off topic however.

    It wouldn't be unusual to see someone with rounded shoulders with PE. It is all part of the chain of muscle imbalances. Very tight rhomboids can pull on the lower back into a more pronounced curve, and so over-stretching more and more the posterior muscles.
    This is why PE and PFD is a whole body issue.

    At first was the same feeling for me, but after been doing RKs consistently for almost a week I'm starting to feel them right beneath my penis too. Guess it all comes down to practice and being consistent. My PF already feels a lot more loosed than a few days ago, and I'm also seeing improvements edging.

    Sorry, didn’t mean to go off topic, just wondered if it might be connected to PE. Paul’s post makes a lot of sense, it’s probably the whole body chain.

    But aside from this, your post has rly given me some serious hope. I’ve been having PE for a long time, with an extremely tensed PF. Partially due to the fact that I constantly tense my anus (no idea why I do that automatically, especially in stressful situations). As I aged, my condition has gotten worse with bad habits and terrible IKs, so much so that I can even come in <1 min just from wanking. Sex is literally a couple pumps, it’s so embarrassing.

    But since I read your post, I’ve been doing APT work and Hindi squats daily. You mentioned u only lasted seconds before, so hopefully there’s hope for me. Thanks for the post

    Fuckkk, i lost this ability to do rk. I dont feel the tail bone strechs anymore. Maybe I need to continue strengthening lower abs, glutes and hamstring again.

My current trail of thought is going like this, if a man has APT, he is most likely going to have weak abs and have a protruding gut, if that man then spend most of the time engaging his abs to suck his gut back in even if its only slightly, he will likely spend most of the day also engaging his pelvic floor as the two are very synonymous in providing stability to the core and spine = PE. So the APT in of it self isn't the cause, but it paves the way for putting your pelvis in a bad position where the abdominals & PF need to be working around the clock to retain core stability. So the idea would also go that even if you had APT, but your abs (and obliques) were sufficiently powerful to have that natural pull & support without having to spend the day consciously/unconsciously engaging them, you wouldn't have PE even with APT as your abs can still remain relaxed even with an anterior tilt. When i say natural pull, i mean the pull you get with greater muscle mass/strength... example having a big chest will usually result in shoulders being rounded forward as well, if the upper back/rear shoulder are slacking. Although having APT and strong abdominals is usually a mutually exclusive thing, as in it is very rare to have both as stronger abs directly work against APT along with hamstrings and glutes.

    Just an idea i've been working with.

    Would u then agree a key fix Is having a strong core so that the body & PF is able to kinda relax?

    I try to practice belly breathing but I realize I use my abs to help during exhalation. If I don’t, it almost feels like I’m not fully emptying the tank. Im sure this must be indirectly causing tension in my PF as u suggest.

    Do others have this issue?

    Im thinking to use porn for simulate "foreplay" and use rk a whole video trying to not get erection. What do you think about this exersice for guys who is not having sex?
