Yeah bang on, i was a little 'unaware' of just how deep the core muscles went. I just trained the abdominals and got bulkier abs but not a tighter core until i realised what part TVA played. Not sure why my recent RK ability/gains shot up, sustained practise of RKing or the additional TVA training? Hmmmm

Bro, do you mind sharing your TVA/Core routine? And any suggestions on stretching the lower back? Also, echoing what WillGetBetter said, your story rly is inspiring, and actualy one of the bigger reasons im putting in much more effort into beating pre-e.
Rly tryna focus on the physiological side of this and am actually seeing out imbalanced a lot of my muscles are.

Mmm I wouldn't say its a routine, just something I started doing when doing abs. And that's the vacuum, leg raises, cable crunches and planks mainly. Not in that order 😂
In terms of lower back stretching, I kind of stand up next to something, reach over across with my arm and grab like a door frame and lean back stretching backwards... If that make sense? Basically with a bend in the hips and abs, rotating to one side and reaching for something. Seems like the only way to really stretch that lower back. I've tried various yoga poses but my muscles are either far too resistant to give in, or it's just not effective enough.

Right i knew i fucked up on the description lol
If you stand next to a door frame, use the hand on the opposite side to grab the frame, and lean away from the frame. I have to go pretty low but it works.
Similar to this, except i proper bend my knees and put a lot of weight into the pull.... sorta speak

Do you stop working on kegel altogether and only work on reverse kegel?
Does stopping kegel pratice affects your erection quality?

Nope. Still as solid as a metal rod.
Despite me not doing any kegels, my PF is strengthened through other means like deep heavy squats and ab work which do a far better job than kegels and no damage to my bedroom stamina.
If you're experiencing low EQ because of RKs, put more focus on training your glutes. Should fix that pretty rapidly. But I haven't had issues with EQ so my advice might not be the most reliable in that topic.
