Yeah literally word for word. Think it's a good reference point whether its "normal" or super tense. I think even with me now, i don't get a single IK when pissing but still think it can be far more relaxed... But if you've got IK's going just from that, it's super tight... What do you think?

In my case I suffered from PreE all my life (im 32 now), during my 10 year long relationship, the moment I put it in I couldnt move or i came, obviously this was a sort of vicious circle creating more anxiety and the result was always the same.
After breaking up with this girl, I started dating girls and decided to solve this issue. I talked about it with my psychiatrist and he gave my useful advice (he said its caused by my anxiety, an exaggerated feeling of how desirable sex is for someone who couldnt have it normally like me, the inferiority that feeling I couldnt satisfy a woman with my own dick made feel, as well as me being so demanding with myself).
I also started reading this forum like six months ago and practicing some edging, some Kegels at first, then then I replaced by RK, relaxed breathing, stretches etc. But using consciusly a bit of everything, not a detailed plan of training. (Which I felt I needed it that way cause Ive always been too rigid in my life, I need to let things just be and relax, instead of adding routines, saving edging times, and putting more pressure on me.)
With these new girls I always have a beer or two nnd im using some Pau Yueng Tong so I have been able to have increibleee sex, something I had never experienced literally in my life.
You may say its cheating... I use it as a vehicle to gain confidence and to get used to having normal sex as well as to the whole sexual experience, and meanwhile I keep Rking all the time when I realize my pf is tense, being conscious of my breathing, stretching and working out my PF. Im in really good shape, play soccer twice a week and go to yoga one or two times a week. I used to have some APT (lordosis as a kid) but its almost gone, i workout abs and core muscles regularly.
I plan to start leaving behind the PYT as my Rkegels get more natural and effective (when I edge I sometimes cant neutralize the IC and get in a couple minutes to the PONR but I relax and stop and most times manage to get into plateau after several stops) I hope all this subtle techniques start to work all together...
Sorry about the length of the post, I just needed to put this thoughts into words...
How long you guys think it will take to my Rk to get to the point they can handle any arousal or urge to cum and bring it down...I dont feel im still ready without PYT but I’m sure I can last maybe a pair of minutes nowadays without PYT or alcohol, one year ago this would have been impossible!!! So i think im making progress…

Hey pal, don't worry about using PYT, sometimes you just have to do what you have to do, i wouldn't blame anyone for using it.
When using RK's it's hard to say, just because while i had APT all the RK's in the world wouldn't of helped because they just wouldn't work, but once it started improving so did the ability to perform RK and with that the results. Here's a question, when you do do reverse kegels, how much of a release do you feel on your pelvic floor? I found that my results heavily depend on that question, if i can get it to really heavily release and keep it in a released state while i am with the girl i already know my PE will be gone. A few times i was able to keep it in a fully released position the entire foreplay... and all i'll say is that the results were there haha

Really good description of the RK expansion and APT issues. I had this exact experience also. Even though I haven’t completely corrected the apt, I can rotate my hips to flatten my lower back during sex, and then I get that expansion feeling when I RK.
To try to answer your question, Cachitotto, about how long it may take - if your pelvic floor is already loose when you adjust your hips to temporarily counteract the APT, then the RKs might be effective right away (as long as you keep your hips rotated). But, if your pelvic floor is still tight even after rotating your hips, then it may require you to do some direct stretching of that area (happy baby pose, butterfly, Hindi squats, etc). It’s hard to guess how long that will take. I did daily stretches, and for my pelvic floor to feel very flexible and to sit in a neutral position most of the day - took about 6-8 weeks. I have heard some on the forum say it took them much longer. I’m guessing there are differences in the starting tightness and how a body responds to stretching.

Hi Guys,
I checked my posture and it appears I do have APT, though it doesn't look severe to me. I've started making efforts to correct the posture, but I have to engage my abs and butt to do that and sometimes that makes the PF tense.
A long time ago, I tried sitting and rolling on a lacrosse ball to massage my PF. I was able to pee very freely, with a very loose PF after that, but later I felt pain in my hips and around my balls, so I was afraid to do the massage again. Anyone experience something similar?
