I'm dubious about this hypotheses that APT is a cause of Pre-E. Regardless, a person who is "ripped as fuck" can certainly have APT. It's not about how strong or weak you are but, rather, about balance and form.

I think that APT can be a cause of a tight pelvic floor, and a tight pelvic floor can be one cause of preE. For me, other causes were frenulum sensitivity, letting my arousal spike out of control from not relaxing and letting my arousing thoughts run out of control.
But, rotating my hips loosened my pelvic floor which allowed me to RK - which allowed me to regulate my arousal better. It was a piece of the puzzle.

Do you have any better solution for us? Op had good result from atp fixing exersice. Is better to assume something and stick with it for 2-3 week to see any improvement (not a cure in this short time. To see improvement only). If it is not working then its okay, no problem, ill tryi next thing. I only lose in this case only 2-3week and fixing atp is healthy in general anyway.
If you are cured from pre e and have some exercise to share us then i would tryi your method next.

Great, post. The main points i agreed with you are on edging, no matter how much edging you do it isnt going to release your tight PF which is what is causing the PE. You may have small gains as you train your body to last longer with a tight PF, but really the point should be to relax the PF.
When you have fully released the PF over the following weeks/months you could try some edging then, however when your muscle is truly relaxed you will probably find this shouldnt be necessary.
I also agreed that rk's should be very light. This is the same with stretching any muscle group in your body. If you stretch too hard then your nervous system will kick in and rather than stretch the muscles it will be tensing them further. Of course as you improve your nervous system will let you go further and further with the stretches.
There is discussion here about whether APT can cause PE. Yes it can, and so can a lateral pelvic tilt. But i don't think of it as a 'cause' i think of it as all combined muscle imbalances. That is what APT is and a tight PF is a muscle imbalance. And as it is a muscluar issue you need to work and re-train your muscles.

Also i should say, the reason there is the connection between APT/LPT and PE is because of the connection with tight/inhibited glutes and a tight PF. Inhibited (pls note i say inhibited and not weak) glutes can result in tight hip flexors and so begins the APT.

When i started my journey to fix my PE, I set myself the challenge (and still am) of being able to do the splits. Find a good guide (youtube/book) and it will guide you through relaxing and stretching all the needed muscle groups. Hammies/quads/flexors/Glutes/abs/ adductors/tfl/ql.
And as your muscles begin to relax and lengthen your PE will begin to diminish.

That wasn't my point. I didn't suggest that you shouldn't correct an APT and, in fact, said that I'm not disagreeing with an APT causing a tight PF. What I said was that it's misguided to to point out someone without APT and assume that he must not struggle with Pre-E. Or, to know that he does struggle with Pre-E so then figure that he must have APT, even though you wouldn't think he does. You're suggesting that the two are necessarily connected and I'm saying that, while they might often coexist, there will be plenty of times when they don't.
