    After doing some reading on articles by big al and Pegasus I’m further convinced my pelvic floor is whacked. I can’t shoot a load, just dribbles, can barley pee a straight piss without having it stop and start back up. Also I obviously have premature ejaculation. I’m thinking my bc is tight, but i have no idea about my pc. Any insight ?

    The PC ? Try and do a back reverse kegel. See if it comes easy to you. Can you do it without straining, engaging abs too much ? How long can you hold the back rk ?

    For what is worth, the BC muscle is repeatedly reported by many to be the one pf muscle responsible for premature ejaculation (if the muscle is very tight).

    Start on a pelvic floor stretching routine and a reverse kegel / kegel routine. They can be found in the stickies.

    Sounds like a good place to start. Maybe do the 100%RKs for a couple weeks, then add in some normal kegels.

    Also, work on getting a relaxing breathing pattern to help with arousal. And, start doing some edging and ballooning to figure out how your body reacts and to begin finding some ways to lower arousal and reach a plateau.

    I do edge and I ballon a little bit. One of my biggest focuses has been breathing while edging and I’ve noticed I really tend to hold my breath when rking, which is counterintuitive. I can edge forever and have a pretty loose pf, but when around my girl, it gets tight and when she goes down on me it gets super tight to the point I can’t even rk and when I try it’s a half assed relaxation but still tight. That’s my main focus right now getting to the point of it just being loose

    I am so incredibly glad that I stumbled across this post. I've been dealing with PE issues now for close to 3 years. I kept up with the belief that my porn use was causing it, but I never developed ED issues. I have no issues with erection but they are much weaker than they use to be. Over the years, I've also begun to notice I have an insanely horrible anterior pelvic tilt. When I lie down I have a crazy arch in my lower back and I have to struggle to get my skin to touch the ground. I also have that ridiculous waistline that sticks out and my abs/glutes are severely under toned from lack of exercise and too much sitting. I have so much hesitancy when I pee that I even went to a doctor to see if my prostate was inflamed. All of this points to an over-tight pelvic floor. Arnold as you've stated, the hip flexors are directly connected to the pelvic floor. Could working out my apt issues and starting rk's cure my PE? One way to find out.

    Sounds like we have common issues and the only way to find out is to try and fix it. Apt should be fixed corrected no matter what affect it has on the pf cause it’s bad posture. Look up Scottherman fitness apt on YouTube and follow his program. Along with that do hindi squats, tennis ball massage, penis stretches and rks. I also do general lower body stretches. I do have very underdeveloped abs and hamstrings but we’re we differ is that I have very strong and developed glutes and quads. I think this imbalance causes my apt. All we can do is give it a shot so join along with me

    So I had some sort of success yesterday. Had sex with my girlfriend and I wasn’t really aroused and had taken 5 slow mags earlier in the day. First 2-3 strokes felt the ponr, stopped for about 5-10 seconds, started back up and felt like it was normal, and went for about two minutes before my girlfriend had to stop (she has problems of her own) and later she gave me head, had full control for about 10 minutes and chose to cum. I think it was because A mix of getting passed that first ponr, my work and possibly the pills but they only worked one other time. Who knows big will keep working and keep testing

    Been working the routine pretty consistently, maybe missing a day here or there with the stretches. The other day I was able to ride a 9 edging for like a minute and a half, probably one of the biggest rushes I ever had. Didn’t even cum. But anyways I had another expierience like the previous but a little different. I entered my girlfriend but could have any control, was sitting in her and had crazy ik’s and decided to stop. I had hit the ponr but I pulled out before coming. Then my girlfriend gave me head and mad full control. Going to edge today before she comes over and hit the Ponr but not cum, and see if that has the same effect
