    Sounds like you’re making progress and starting to build a plateau. That’s cool.

    I’ve had some thing like you described happen a few times. TheZZMan suggests playing around near the PONR to find some ways to not go over the edge. I haven’t done it enough to find a consistent way to make it work. But, I do feel like some combination of Ks, RKs, and going neutral is the trick.

    I’ve also started working on dry orgasms and MMO, which I believe is done by doing a very hard, long kegel at the first contraction at the PONR. The timing is tricky and it requires a lot of kegel strength. But, the couple times I did it correctly (probably not perfectly), I kept my erection, gained control again, and had an orgasm later. I’ve also gone too late and too weak and ultimately lost my erection.

    Little update. Basically fixed my apt, sometimes it’s not perfectly level but it’s oretty good. Rk’s have gotten real easy but this has lead to another problem. I’ve noticed my pf is engaged during any movement. Just walking 3 steps or turning I feel that I have to release it. Is it just weak and unstable? Thinking about adding kegals. I haven’t had sex in a while but during blowjobs I still can’t relax the floor it’s in constant light ik the whole time. Best way I can describe it

    If the pelvic floor is still tightening up, then maybe keep doing pelvic floor stretches? happy baby pose, hindi squats, butterfly, reverse hurdler, cobra, etc.

    I did a 100% RK routine for a few weeks, then my anus started feeling too loose. So, I started adding back kegels. After that, my pelvic floor felt loose, the RKs were expanding it, and my pelvic floor felt balanced front to back.

    Are you working on relaxation breathing during edging and sex (or oral sex)? Are you breathing from your diaphragm? Maybe those will help you keep your pelvic floor and core muscles loose? What position is your body in while getting oral? Is there an arch in your lower back? Maybe that's keeping your pelvic floor tight? If you've been working on your APT, can you rotate your hips to flatten your lower back to let you RK during a blowjob?

    I stand and rotate my hips to correct the apt. When ever I’ve felt my pf truly loose, like right now, is when I notice it engage whenever I move. When I lay down or sit my pf is loose and I can do a rk in any position when not moving. It’s really weird. Like I said I think it’s so weak that I don’t have enough strength to keep it loose, if you know what I’m saying. An rk is a stretch, but it’s more of a pressure in the abs, that in returns releases pressure from the pf. Possibly it’s just not strong enough to hold that position will play around with it

    Feeling hopeless. Since the start of this log, I’ve followed my routine pretty religiously, missing days here or there maube once a week. Nothing has been doing anything for me not even an extra 30 seconds. Just feeling hopeless, can’t pleasure my girlfriend at all, horrible feeling that almost everyone here has experienced. Don’t know what to do

    I have the same issue. I am doing streches and edging for about 2 months yesterday had sex - no improvment

    I just forget anything RKs, Breath, anything when it comes to Sex...

    Have you talked with your girlfriend about PreE? Is she willing to let you practice with her? You could do the position your pelvic floor is the most loose in, you could stop at the beginning and get your breathing and RKs under control, you could control the speed, etc.

    We have talked about it a lot. One time I was able to stop at the beginning for about 30 seconds and then keep going but after about a minute we had to stop because she has a naturally dry vagina and since I stopped it started hurting. I can’t stop without her not being able to have sex, which sucks but I’m gonna try it again today and see how it goes.

    So had Sex today and I think I did some what of a dry orgasm, and what I did the two other times were successful dry orgasms, where my muscle just kinda spassed but stopped thrusting early, so my dick never felt like it was ejaculating. Today I went a little to far and I had to hold a kegal and it was good, and I’m almost positive none came out but when I pulled out a minute or two later a cane a little bit, nothing much. I’m going to start looking into the do. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I’d appreciate. I tried reading through minutemans guide but I found it long, confusing and boring.

    Honestly, DO is probably too advanced for where you're at. I was in a similar situation as you about a year ago, could barely penetrate my gf without the feeling of ejaculation. Tbh when we don't have sex for a while (about a week) my control is basically non-existent. What i've found works best for me is stretching and edging. I edge for at least 35 minutes each time. never less. even when my control is not there I'll do stop and starts until I get to 35 minutes. This is to train my body to not cum when first being pleasured. The second aspect of edging, which I think has helped a lot, is to continue to push myself. There isn't a time when edging has been easy for me. When I first started I would do manual stimulation, then I increased speed, then I moved to a fleshlight, then i increased speed again. I'm now at the point where I try to mimic the movements during sex as I edge. It's been a painfully slow process but it will not happen overnight. When I started I could barely last a minute and now I'm up to 10 when I'm in control. There are many different aspects that play a role and the key is to isolate what triggers your PreE and to focus on solving that.

    TLDR; keep with it and don't try and run before you can walk. baby steps.
