    26/11/18 + 27/11/18: noticed in these two edging sessions and for the last week my penis has been reacting differently to my thoughts. Before instead of trying to do an rk I would just visualize relaxing and tell myself to enjoy the pleasure and that would not only calm me down but increase the pleasure. I believe when I visualized the relaxing thoughts my body responded and relaxed my pf and rk'd semi unconsciously. I say semi because I wasn't solely thinking about relaxing in my head I was partly thinking about my pf relaxing too, but if I fully thought only about my pf relaxing and trying to rk it would typically backfire and make me more tense. By focusing on the pleasure and not just rks I took pressure off myself and overall helped my body to relax. This might not make any sense so if so I'm sorry. But I actually managed to achieve plateau numerous times by doing this. But havent been able to recently , this was about 2 weeks ago so not that long. Whenever I think about any kind of pleasure sensations now, I get iks or more tense, and it only takes a few thrusts before im full ik and a moment away from ponr.

    currently to try and stop iks I've been consciously rks I have to rely on focusing on rks and my pf only, but the rks hardly make a difference because I cant hold them for very long. I have to stop after every stroke or mid stroke when thrusting to try and relax my pf. Making my thrusting stroke speed so much slower than I was going before. The pleasure is also nowhere near as good because I can't control it. I'll continue edging in this way and hopefully my body will adapt and my rks will make more of a difference. Maybe my negative view is making it worse will maybe try when feeling better. Will stay positive and diligent but cant help feeling like shit right now to be honest. Just trying to remember that I've done it before and I can do it again.

    Still haven't ejaculated for a few days I think, edging 20 mins 26th but today the 27th only managed 10 before getting frustrated and giving up. Still stretching more than I ever have been around 12-15 mins. good poses.

    Just realized since I've been back because I've been trying to raise my arousal during edging by using porn, never properly watching wile edging, once with sound, but more regularly visualizing pornstars I've watched in videos. And I think maybe thats the problem that I've been connecting to the mindset I had while watching porn that caused my pre e. Going to see how it goes tonight.

    28/11/18: Visulaizing real sex didnt really help, same as before, still couldnt handle thinking about any sort of pleasure without more tension and iks. Standing thrusting has become too difficult to do. Only thing I could cope with was siting down and doing 10 second strokes with fleshlight. Even then still experienced iks.
    Still been keeping up my stretching but doesnt seem to make any difference. Really am not sure why I'm experiencing this knockback, haven't changed any posture. Its also difficult to mkake any progress when I feel so wound up about whats going on, I just need to accept whats happening and keep going, but its not easy.
    Things I'm going to add to my routine:
    -ballooning
    -arousal techniques in and out of edging
    -magnesium supplements
    -no ejac for a while week or more

    If theres anything else people on the forum might know about that I havent touched on yet know about let me know!

    Sounds like you are doing too much. That alone can tense you up.
    Maybe slow a bit down and get deeply into each IK and how to counter it.
    Also call it a day when you have a success and build onto that.

    ahh okay, think I'll go back to what I was doing a month ago and just edge really slowly and like you say go one ik at a time. I just read byggDs sticky arousal technique post again and will keep that in mind as well.

    29/11/18: Sorted myself and got back on the horse. Feeling much more positive. Edged today sitting down for 12-15 mins, didnt time this one. In the beginning very strong iks, the kind that happen when you actually ejaculate but these became less frequent once I got into it. Very very slow stroke with stu, 10 seconds full stroke. I started to feel really good pleasure sensations after focusing on it, at one point I think I lowered stroke time to 7-8 seconds but not for very long. The good news is that kit felt like plateau, something I haven't properly felt for the last week and a bit. Was trying to keep the arousal scale in mind when edging, never managed to lower my arousal. No ejaculation.

    01/12/18: Missed yesterday and today my pf felt very tense. Just from pressure of my dicks against trousers make its slightly hard, 4-5 or less, this would be enough for me to hold a light kegal for periods of time during the day. Try to ease it by accepting the feeling rather than fighting it, letting myself welcome arousal rather than reject it. Also found it hard to piss evrything out today and yesterday, usually feel like there is still a bit of urine in my bladder. Manged to squeeze routine at end of today, stretching felt good, released trapped air. edging okay, similar to last post. pleasure not as good, tried standing thrusting today and could manage it very slowly for about 5 mins give or take. Found that when sitting, leaning back quite a lot, I ik much more. This pose triggers iks when I'm pulling the stu away from me. Does not apply when standing. Could imagine sexual fantasies and cope better than earlier this week however I am stroking / thrusting at much slower pace 7-8 seconds today on average. no ejaculation

    2/12/18: stretched. Edged 18 mins, same stroke rate as days before. Had trouble urinating even after stretching. Felt like I always had some left in my bladder. no ejaculation. Mixture of standing thrusting and sitting. Sitting still triggers very strong iks as I pull stu away, much less iks when standing thrusting but eventually creeps to ponr after time.
