Hello everyone! I’ve been lurking round the forum for over a year and only recently made an account, and am finally starting a progress thread. I would like to start by thanking everyone on this forum for documenting their journey, really has helped me get through difficult times suffering pre e. Recently Commitedtoimprovement forum has been especially inspiring and ammomite’s forum about plateau edging was eye opening. I could be here all day thanking all the genius minds on this forum, but now a bit about myself.
My pre e is quite bad, last time I was with a girl after about hour of foreplay I ejaculated upon penetration. To be fair I was on top of her and all my muscles were tense which definitely didn’t help. That was in late September and week before that I ejaculated while dry humping. Im 19, so should be in my prime. Like lots of people here, my pelvic floor is way off and with any stimulation I get uncontroulable IKs, which eventually lead to cumming. I think my arousal control is weak, if anything I get scared when I feel aroused, anxious Im gonna blow at any second. I haven’t always had PE, its stated around last summer and has gradually got worse. Thinking back I think it happened through a combination of bad wanking habits, would literally race to ejaculate so I could try and get hard afterwards (this was my theory that If I could just get hard after cumming I could go forever, obviously didn’t work.) I started loose routines late last year, hindi squats, trying to wrap my head around rks, but wasn’t really serious and fell in and out and never made any progress. From the end of May into June I started again but I ended up making my pre e worse as the “rks” I was performing weren’t relaxing but rather tightening my pelvic floor further. This is because I took the tip of pushing a fart and piss out too far, tightening my abs way too much and usually ending up kegalling after m fake rk ended. In July I realised I was doing it wrong and got more in touch with rks, just relaxing the pelvic floor and using much much less force.
My routine now is different to previous routines before mainly in mentality. I now see it as re conditioning, starting from the bottom and building myself up, disregarding how Ive previously seen pleasure and attempting to teach myself to experience sexual pleasure and arousal in a healthier natural way.
My routine:
Stretches, forgot name 10 min
Hindi squat starting at 2 – mins building up
Rk reps 5 mins
Edge 20 mins flesh light and lube no porn

Something else Ive noticed that if im slightly hard or aroused and I laugh I ik. I can’t stop it but it doesn’t happen if I’m flaccid, anyone else experience this or know what it might mean?
Usually struggle to get last drops of piss out when pissing but its very common that after relaxing my pf through rk or stretching, I either; need to piss, feel air being released through my arse (not a fart no smell) or occasionally need a shit. Stretching my penis often makes me trickle out piss too. I don’t know if this would be related at all but I also wet the bed until I was 16.
This is such a long post because Ive been keeping a log for the past few weeks off pe gym because I didn’t want to start a progress thread and then lose momentum and waste peoples time. So now I feel like I’m in the swing of things Im just posting my whole log so far up until right now. Sorry for the massive post, I meant to not leave it so long before I put this on PE gym but life gets in the way.
I also want to apologize as there are also holes in this thread, I've tried to do my routine everyday but occasionally dont have the time or have done my routine but didn't record it.
