    Hello everyone! I’ve been lurking round the forum for over a year and only recently made an account, and am finally starting a progress thread. I would like to start by thanking everyone on this forum for documenting their journey, really has helped me get through difficult times suffering pre e. Recently Commitedtoimprovement forum has been especially inspiring and ammomite’s forum about plateau edging was eye opening. I could be here all day thanking all the genius minds on this forum, but now a bit about myself.
    My pre e is quite bad, last time I was with a girl after about hour of foreplay I ejaculated upon penetration. To be fair I was on top of her and all my muscles were tense which definitely didn’t help. That was in late September and week before that I ejaculated while dry humping. Im 19, so should be in my prime. Like lots of people here, my pelvic floor is way off and with any stimulation I get uncontroulable IKs, which eventually lead to cumming. I think my arousal control is weak, if anything I get scared when I feel aroused, anxious Im gonna blow at any second. I haven’t always had PE, its stated around last summer and has gradually got worse. Thinking back I think it happened through a combination of bad wanking habits, would literally race to ejaculate so I could try and get hard afterwards (this was my theory that If I could just get hard after cumming I could go forever, obviously didn’t work.) I started loose routines late last year, hindi squats, trying to wrap my head around rks, but wasn’t really serious and fell in and out and never made any progress. From the end of May into June I started again but I ended up making my pre e worse as the “rks” I was performing weren’t relaxing but rather tightening my pelvic floor further. This is because I took the tip of pushing a fart and piss out too far, tightening my abs way too much and usually ending up kegalling after m fake rk ended. In July I realised I was doing it wrong and got more in touch with rks, just relaxing the pelvic floor and using much much less force.
    My routine now is different to previous routines before mainly in mentality. I now see it as re conditioning, starting from the bottom and building myself up, disregarding how Ive previously seen pleasure and attempting to teach myself to experience sexual pleasure and arousal in a healthier natural way.
    My routine:
    Stretches, forgot name 10 min
    Hindi squat starting at 2 – mins building up
    Rk reps 5 mins
    Edge 20 mins flesh light and lube no porn
    Other info:
    Something else Ive noticed that if im slightly hard or aroused and I laugh I ik. I can’t stop it but it doesn’t happen if I’m flaccid, anyone else experience this or know what it might mean?
    Usually struggle to get last drops of piss out when pissing but its very common that after relaxing my pf through rk or stretching, I either; need to piss, feel air being released through my arse (not a fart no smell) or occasionally need a shit. Stretching my penis often makes me trickle out piss too. I don’t know if this would be related at all but I also wet the bed until I was 16.
    This is such a long post because Ive been keeping a log for the past few weeks off pe gym because I didn’t want to start a progress thread and then lose momentum and waste peoples time. So now I feel like I’m in the swing of things Im just posting my whole log so far up until right now. Sorry for the massive post, I meant to not leave it so long before I put this on PE gym but life gets in the way.

    I also want to apologize as there are also holes in this thread, I've tried to do my routine everyday but occasionally dont have the time or have done my routine but didn't record it.

    ALSO ALL EDGING IVE DONE IS WITH A FLESHLIGHT AND LUBE AND NO PORN

    10/10/18: first log
    When stretching feels difficult to feel rks some positions better than others. Never feel the rk much when hindi squats before my abs are tense. Could only do hindi for 2 mins. When doing standing reps of rk cant feel it that well either, before I would tense my abs like crazy and push out as if I was shitting which I think just tensed me up more. Because of that I’m trying to now be gentle and find a balance. Can feel piss moving through my dick as I relax. Always rk open and relax on in breath. Needed to piss a few drops after rk reps.
    Edge with fleshlight for 7 mins. Very slow, still lots of iks, couldn’t really feel my rk attempts making a difference on tension and iks. Less iks when visualising relaxing and enjoying myself. No ejaculation and Ik on every stroke. Standing / sitting

    11/10/18: 3 min hindi squat 10 min laying down back stretch. Edge for 18 min. No iks on entry, easier to relax pf when standing. No ejaculation, arousal techniques seem to help, (enjoying the pleasure, not worrying about how long I will last etc) could feel my pf relaxing between thrusts.very very slow strokes. One stroke every seven seconds. Stronger iks pulling out of fleshlight. Helps to remember im reconditiong myself building from ground up!

    13/12/18: experimenting with arousal technique watching porn but not wanking just listening and watching. Laying in bed face down so pressure against penis and as I get aroused try to control arousal with mind and rks. Ejaculated after edging and had tight pelvic floor for an hour after. Still no sure about ejaculating and whether this is damaging to my routines progress. Feel this way because I’m trying to recondition myself to not been so addicted to ejaculation and enjoy the sensual pleasure of actual sex more. Especially because everytime I ejaculate I immediately thrust much faster and shoot right past ponr in a few seconds. Complete opposite to what I was doing for the last 20 mins. Any advice? Edge for 20 mins standing.

    14/10/18: Hindi squat 2 min, more connection to rk maybe? Still not sure if I’m doing it right. Feels like breathing and is connected to abs and feel rks most when standing. Tried sitting rk today and less successful. Holds for 2-3 seconds or less any more and my abs tighten too much. Still usually have to piss out left over urine after rks and stretching. Also release trapped air at times, difference between trapped air and farts as what releases after stretching does not smell. Edged with a stroke rate slower than ever before because I stopped and tried to relax my pf after every ik, and I ik loads! Sensation of pulling out of fleshlight much stronger today, very hard ik.

    Trying hard to stay focused and not get too excited. Keep getting falling for temptation of thrusting 3 4 times quickly and ejaculating. So conditioned to the feeling of ejaculation cant help myself. This will take much more patience but will be well worth it.
    Penis stretching 3 mins, Edge 15 mins stading

    17/10/18: stretches felt good, not done for long though, 5-8 mins. Hindi for 4 mins. Comfortable edge more iks in beginning but after easing into it less iks. Still intense, still very very slow stroke rate 10 sec + standing still easier than sitting. Tried on my knees but way too many iks. Ejaculated siting down but tried to stay relaxed and keep at the same pace I’d been going at throughout edging. 18 min edge definitely a short point where I experienced less iks.

    22/10/18: felt very pleasurable more than ever before, stroked slow enough it was controllable. At first could stroke faster than usual but had to slow down after 5-10 secs. Edge for 18 mins standing no ejaculation focused on staying relaxed and enjoying pleasure, lots of it this session! Still stRong iks at points but I stopped relaxed while inside fleshlight and continue. I also achieved a small plateau of great pleasure and no iks! About 1 to 1 30 secs

    26/10/18: session not as good. Pleaure good and not many iks first minute then very strong iks had to slow down considerably. Went off the rails and gave into arousal and came. Will have to try again. Need to start doing more stretching again. Did a little today but not enough. Edge for 4 mins standing hindi 3 mins.

    Edged later today and went better 18 mins less strong spasms with rks and faster stroke than usual, still below average. NO ejac, no plateau either, maybe a few seconds but not much. 10 mins of actual thrusting but then had to be stationary.

    1/11/18: Havent had chance for my routine for last few days, so felt rusty today. Felt very hungover as well. Didn’t go well, lots of iks reached ponr after 10 mins and came. Still believe that ejaculation is best part and once its in my head hard to get back to trying to plateau edge. Ejaculations never that pleasurable ironically, lots of tension and clenching.
    Tried again later today and went better 10 mins thrusting slow pace, less iks than earlier, wasn’t massively aroused though. No real plateau or pleasure like I’ve had before, tried thrusting fast and couldn’t handle it.
