    Ive noticed that while lying on my back during sex or edging/mb, my balls tend to retract into my body and I reach PONR very quickly, I am very sensitive in this state. I tend to come pretty quickly.

    This is a little bit frustrating as W likes to ride cowgirl hard and fast but I cant last longer than 1 or 2 minutes at that pace.

    I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Any suggestions on keeping the balls from retracting?

    EDIT: I should add that I've noticed that if I have a few drinks, wife can ride a lot longer before PONR. Not sure if thats relevant.

    I noticed that as well for me in the beginning. I did 2 months of pelvic floor stretches, RKs, and edging. My balls do not retract anymore. Actually, everything seems looser (the pelvic floor, my flaccid penis, and my balls). I think that tightness is a sign of a tight pelvic floor, which does correlate with PreE.

    Thanks...can you clarify on the pelvic floor stretches?

    Been working on RK/K for awhile (10 months), have not noticed a difference.

    Totally normal. The balls get tight so the spermatic cords can pull the semen fast into and out of your dick.

    Here are the ones I do:
    Hindi squat
    Hindi squat with back on floor and feet up on a wall
    Happy baby pose
    Butterfly
    Reverse hurdler
    Child’s pose
    Cobra
    Pigeon

    I’m going to steal Pegasus’s question and ask if you have or have looked into anterior pelvic tilt?

    Are you edging and ejaculating only every 3 or 4 day?

    Are you working on your diaphragm breathing to relax?

    What is your K/RK ratio? Many members with PreE stop all K for a few weeks. The RKs help to lower arousal. I feel that at least in the beginning, normal kegels make things worse.

    Ball stretching will keep your balls from pulling up (providing you have enough weight/tension and the ring(s) is/are tight enough). As you approach the PONR, the stretcher will fight against the balls which want to get nearer to where the sperm is to come out. The stretcher will prolong the orgasm and the experience will be delicious.

    Ive been doing K/RK for about 10 months. Ratios are pretty high in favor of RK. For instance on my way to work Ill squeeze 120 RK and 20 K, I also alternate between front RK and Rear Rk as well as K and root lock. I am going to get into the habit of light RK throughout the day.

    As a sidenote, I did do some reading and it appears there is substanatial support for pre-e relief, via PT therapy. The impetus seems to be recognizing the involuntary muscles contractions of the cremaster muscle and control of the muscle contractions via strenthening of the IC and PB muscles. Does that make any sense or did I misunderstand.

    @Georgeoz Ball stretching also seems like a good idea. Although from what I read the downside is that orgasms are much less intense when the balls are away from the body. Which makes sense to me as my orgasms are pretty intense and adictive.
