    Hey guys, I've just recently discovered this forum and quite amazed with the abundant of information regarding men's sexual health.

    I am 28yo and have both ED and PremE. I'm trying to cure them and this thread would be my progress log.

    Here's my current condition:


    1. I get morning wood regularly, like 90% of the time. But it's not as hard as it used to be. It's on the scale of 6 out of 10.
    2. During masturbation, I seem to only get scale 3 out of 10 erection. I might be able to increase the erection, but more stimulation it would cause me to ejaculate.
    3. I seem to have low libido, seeing naked female body doesn't turn me on. Acts in porn also don't turn me on mostly. I used to be easily aroused by that.
    4. My few recent sexual encounters were bad.
      1. 2 times I get about scale 3 out of 10 erection
      2. 2 times I get scale 7 out of 10 erection, but I ejaculate before penetration
      3. 1 time I was flaccid (unable to erect at all), but ejaculated


    The cause:
    I think the cause was too much porn and bad masturbation. I used to try to finish fast and didn't use any lube. I used to watch porn and masturbate on average once a day.

    What I would like to do to cure my problems:


    1. NoFap (Not watching porn and ejaculate for 90 days). There's a likelihood that porn broke my brain and I'm not able to be aroused unless I see more extreme porn.
    2. Pelvic Floor Improvement Routine. As I've read, ability to control pelvic floor muscle is important to cure ED & PremE.
      1. Pelvic Floor Stretches 2x per day, every other day by following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntP8eQY74Cw
      2. Kegel exercises listed in https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...asm-guide.html, but avoiding ones that involve edging and ejaculation. Twice a day, every other day.

    3. Penis Exercises. From what I've read, it also improves erection quality.
      1. Penis stretch. 1x per day, every other day.
      2. Jelqing. 1x per day, every other day.


    So on daily basis, the routine looks like this:


    • Monday: PF stretches, Kegel exercises (morning and evening)
    • Tuesday: Penis stretch, Jelq (evening)
    • Wednesday: PF stretches, Kegel exercises (morning and evening)
    • Thursday: Penis stretch, Jelq (evening)
    • Friday: PF stretches, Kegel exercises (morning and evening)
    • Saturday: Penis stretch, Jelq (evening)
    • Sunday: Rest


    I hope the plan is OK and produce fruitful result

    It sounds like you are acting out ( level porn addiction 5-6 ) this stage is very hard to quit and your real sexual encounters are lowering . Youve been on no fap . What i can say dont limit yourself to that BS "90 day challenge " if u arre counting days you are have in your counscious that you gonna relapse . Just stop watching porn , it is not so hard if you got something to do (work , hobby etc. ) If you are bored of course you gonna beat it off . I recommend you to watch some videos on YT (channel is called PornReboot ) . You can increase your low libido by some supplements (zn , maca , tribullus ) also you can start hit the gym , PE can also help with your ED so that is a good idea to start , however first of all you need to stop watching porn . Imo your ED will get better in a few months , if you will have good nutritions , hitting gym and healthy lifestyle maybe sooner .

    Stack Vitamin C and garlic. Believe it or not it is wonderful for erections.

    Thanks for the tips, man. Yeah I'm planning to quit porn forever. 90 days is just a checkpoint for me to see whether there's an improvement on my member. I'll take the libido supplements after 90 days, having low libido during NoFap is actually helpful.

    Day 1.

    It's Saturday, so I'm doing penis exercises.

    I tried to Jelq but I encountered 2 problems: It's hard to get my member up & maintaining it. I managed to get it to 4 but quickly losing it. I jelq for maybe 20 minutes. I spent most of the time trying to get my member up. The session ends when I tried to get my member up again. However, I uncontrollably ejaculated. This resets my NoFap counter as well

    I noticed something while edging: It seems to me that I could get my member up to more than 4 by hand stimulation. However, I feel I'll reach PONR so I stop stimulating it. The erection is then reduced to 2. Stimulating it again will get it to 4 but I can't continue because I seem to reach PONR soon.

    For now, I think I'll not jelq (as it might lead to ejaculation) until my NoFap period ends. Other success story mentioned that NoFap is important step for the cure. I'll see if it works for me.

    I'll replace jelq with pelvic floor stretches. so the routine now looks like this:

    Monday: PF stretches, Kegel exercises (morning and evening)
    Tuesday: PF stretches
    Wednesday: PF stretches, Kegel exercises (morning and evening)
    Thursday: PF stretches
    Friday: PF stretches, Kegel exercises (morning and evening)

    I take 500 mg vitamin C and 3 mg garlic oil extract 500:1 (equivalent to 1500 mg) twice daily (morning and evening).
