I've been doing reverse kegels throughout the day (probably a few reverse kegels 2 or 3 times a day) aside from my morning stretching routine where I do a few pelvic floor relaxation exercises including hindi squat and child pose, for about just over 2 months now. However, when highly aroused I still get IK's..
Is there anything more that I can do? Am I not doing enough?
Help appreciated.

You may want to add edging and ballooning to your routine if you’re not already doing them. Also, you could add some other pelvic floor stretches: butterfly, happy baby pose, cobra, etc. There are a number of good routines on YouTube.

I would very much love to know, what can be done to stop IKs as well.
And also what impact they have on our lasting power in general. My Progress Log - The Pink Mile

I actually do all of those too, I just didn't realise they are pelvic floor stretches. I'll give it some more time and report back maybe in a month or so, see if anything has improved.

I think all methods (edging, ballooning, breathing/relaxation, stretching, RKs) contributed to reducing my IKs. I all those steps daily for about 2 months before the IKs were reduced. I still get them occasionally now when I am at a high arousal level. And, I don't think they are the only thing that causes PreE. I have lasted 30 seconds during real sex even after almost completely reducing my IKs. But, I do think that are a factor that contributes and should be one of the many goals you work towards.

Well, correction to my previous message. I do all stretches and some edging, not ballooning. I find the IK's are more of an issue with arousal than stimulation, I feel that with ballooning I might have an easier time controlling them but we will find out soon. I am planning on incorporating ballooning into my routine. I will do 30 mins on thursday, my off day.
Thanks for the tips.

I do remember in the first month of my training that I had to battle the IKs. They were out of control. In addition to all the things I listed above, I do also remember really trying to stop them through mental effort. It felt a lot like trying to keep yourself from coughing when you have a tickle in your throat or when you have a persistent cough. You can keep yourself from coughing just by mentally trying not to, but it's really difficult.
I'm not sure how much that mental effort contributed to the IKs going away for me. With all the PreE stuff, it always seems like there are multiple influences.
