    I am doing something that is giving me results. I am going to explain it the best I can (remember that I speak Spanish).

    I decided to put it into practice and do my edging stimulating only the glans. Unfortunately it didn't work, so I decided to attack other area of my penis that feels different, not sensitive but different. I don't like to change to many variables at a time so I can know what is working an what is not. I stopped the glans only edging and focused only at that area. That area is at the base of the penis, the point closest to the testicles (and covered by the testicles). That area is the bulb of the penis. I began to massage/stimulate it with the tips of my fingers (similar to a woman masturbating) and after a few days it has some effect but nothing to be too excited about. Then I learned that the bulb of the penis and the glans is the same thing. Here is a link with the explanation and a 3d image:

    Then I decided to stimulate both areas and the ridge that it forms and finally it seems to be working. I am focusing only on those areas. I stimulate the head like in normal masturbation. Sometimes lubed with a very firm grip, sometimes not lubed with a soft grip. I massage the rest with the tip of my fingers.

      Doing this (and two other things that I will mention bellow) today I was able to achieve 10 minutes of thrusting (which was my goal). The time was taken my watch, I'm not guessing or estimating. When I began doing this I did them separately, 5 minutes of glans masturbation and 5 minutes of bulb massage but now I do them together: 10 minutes of simultaneous stimulation. With one hand I masturbate the glans and with the other I massage the bulb and the ridge it forms from the testicles to the glans. Doing this alone allowed me to last 7 minutes of thrusting but I got stuck there. Then I added the other two things that I will explain on the next post (I don't want to do this post too long) that allowed me to last those extra 3 minutes that I needed.

        Now the other two steps:
        1-Masturbation kegels: Immediately after my 10 minutes stimulation I do 100 strong kegels while masturbating. I do several strokes for every kegel. Everybody's approach seems to do reverse kegels to counteract the involuntary kegels during sex, my approach is to make my body to get used to the feeling of kegels and penis stimulation simultaneously.
        2-Stop taking my multivitamin: I was not following my own advice. My first thread on this forum was explaining that multivitamins makes me ejaculate even faster. Only two other members reported something similar. There are three possibilities: 1- it doesn't affect too many people, 2- nobody else was using multivitamins at the moment, or 3- nobody else cared to try it. For me the difference is very noticeable and practically instant (the difference is noticeable in one day).

        P.S. Don't get too enthusiastic with the kegels and don't overdo it or you will experience erections problems. If you feel that your kegels are weak give it at least a day of rest.

          I forgot to mention that I watch porn while doing the masturbation/massage part. I use everything that makes it challenging to resist it or everything that gets you as close as possible to a real sex situation. Today it allowed me to have 10 minutes of thrusting in real sex.

            nice one boricua! It is what i said in other threads. Overexposure to desensitize for maximized control! Going that path too atm. I will report back on this!!

              Thanks a lot! I must add that when I say 10 minutes of thrusting I mean thrusting. Blowjobs, handjobs or any other thing done during foreplay doesn't count.

                  Watch the 3D model from the link on the second post. Basically everything that is red on that model. I "masturbate" in a normal fashion the glans lubed with one hand and the rest represented in red in that model with the fingers of the other hand. The nearest to the testicles the better (at least for me).

                    I looked at the diagram but am still a little confused..

                    So the bulb of the penis is the head.. sensitive bit.. so you're stimulating the head with one hand and with the other you're massaging the base of the penis? This bit where you're massaging, is it the urethra (semen/urine passage)?

                        Penis base is covered by the Bulbospongeous muscle and it is a good muscle to work with. It causes contractions for ejaculation purposes.
                        Once I watched video of a surgeon, who partially cuts the Bulbospongeous muscle for premature ejaculation and reported 97% success rate.

                        Some guys use tight cockrings at the base of the penis for stamina purposes.
                        For edging, I tie the base of the penis with a 1 inch wide ruber band. Then I can use heavy stimulation and strong kegels. It makes the edging session great. And kegels can easily prevent ejaculation.

                            I forgot to mention it, I was going to mention it later but now that you bring that information I will mention it now. When I do what I called "masturbation kegels" I use one hand to masturbate and with the other I hold the base with a strong grip (I do an "ok sign" and grip the base tightly). With each kegel the penis is really engorged with blood and PONR is reached faster. I do that because I try to do everything as challenging as possible.
                            I am not familiarized with the term clamped edging but from your description I think is something similar. I am right? You are doing basically the same but instead of your hand you use a rubber band. (Sorry if I misunderstood the information. If that is not it tell us any correction you think must be done)
