I reduced the dose of the supplement. The directions dosage is 4 tablets daily, I reduced it to 1 tablet daily. I am back to 10 mins. again. I am going to do some changes, if they work I will report those changes.

the massage with the two fingers, do you press it under the penis (at the base) before the beginning of the scrotum or pressing at the end of the scrotum, then between the scrotum and the perineum (or pelvic floor)?

At the base before the beginning of the scrotum. I used to focus only on that area but later I focused on the "corpus spongiosum" too. That's what I called "the ridge" because I didn't knew how to call it because depending on the web page I look it has different names but the most used is corpus spongiosum. But the area that I feel it work best is at the base close to the scrotum, that's where the bulb is.

interesting.. I always had some form of PreE but it wasn't as bad as it is now.
I am also a weight lifter and i always felt it must be the creatine making the Pre E worst but never thought of the vitamins. I have been using a new multivitamin so there might be something to it.
I will continue to use all my supplements while fighting the PreE.
Any success to report ?

Hey JamesMonroe your signature says you have cured your Pre E. do you have a progress log that you shared ? what training you used ? How long did it take..
Seems like you are a ssuccess story and will love to know how you did it. I just started my own road to cure this issue and i have a progress log that i have shared.

At the beginning it was still important to not take my multis because they affected me. Thank God now that I am able to control my ejaculation it doesn't seems to affect me.
Take a break from your multis for a few days and see what happens. Maybe it is just what you need. Believe me, your muscles are not going to shrink for not taking your multis for a week or two.

I’ve seen in one of your threads that your pe was really bad and now your approach on stimulating the dorsal part of the shaft from testicles to head at the same time as masturbating with firm grip on the glans. As I’m trying this, it is so overwhelming that I get to ponr in seconds. How did you do it to get Those 10 min in total? Just start and stop every few seconds or is there something I don’t get?
