Long time reader and posted a few times as you can probably see my progress log. So when i first came here i was lasting anywhere between 15seconds to 1 minute max. I started dedicating my self to get better. I realised i had a very tight pelvic floor so i strongly focused on stretching mainly hindi squats, child pose and butterfly. I also implemented reverse keagels in and paid close attention to my pelvic floor automatically kegaling throughout the day. This honestly helped me so much and i started improving and getting a lot more confident. i was lasting up to 5 mins consistently and every now and then i lasted 10 mins which was great. However, i was still not pleased as my goal is 15-20 mins
Here comes the second part, for about 2-3months now i have just plateaued at 5 mins and am struggling to improve anymore it almost seems impossible. I have a few theories i feel like it is defiantly my mental side? i think i get aroused to quick and i don't have the confidence to last 15 mins. I am not sure how to improve this mental side. I have a girlfriend and practice quite regularly but i cant stop. Its like my dick is destined to finish at 5 mins regardless of how slow i go or how many stops i make. once i reach PONR even if i pull out and wait a minute or two ill put it back in and still be at a 9. I struggle to get back down from a high arousal. Also i think i may have APT and i have been seeing alot of people mention that fixing their APT has helped? maybe i should give this a go?
Would love some suggestions or stories of how people got over the mental side of Pre E cause i think my physical side is good now but my mentality needs fixing. Thanks all in advance x
