Hi,
Back after a while. Good news is I’m able to control myself all through foreplay, choosing when to ejaculate. Still having issues with intercourse where I think it’s a mental block now. On occasions I’m able to hold a kegal when close to ponr when pulling out but when I do this either I can’t ejaculate or I’m still at a 9 after a few seconds. Anyone else had this?
I’m doing RKs still and also Hindi Squats but due to shin splints can only hold these for 2 minutes before the pain sets in. Any other stretches I could do instead?

Happy Baby is similar to Hindi. You won't get quite the same stretch from it but it won't put stress on your shins, anyway.

I sit on a tennis ball or lacrosse ball and have the pressure at different positions between my anus and balls. I also sit on a foam roller. Those both really target the pelvic floor.
I do a hindi squat where I lay on the ground on my back, I move my butt up to a wall, put my feet in a squat position on the wall. That one may take some pressure off the shins.
Other stretches: pigeon, cobra, reverse butterfly, reverse hurdler, happy baby...
So after using the bathmate,...
how long until bathmate...
