    Hi all. Great to have somewhere where I can be honest. I've suffered from pe for years. I don't know how bad others are but I'd I full thrust without holding back I last less then 20 seconds, so I have to thrust, pull out, hold try again but am so worried about coming I'm not here anymore. Now I just focus on fore play till partner has orgasm, then thrust really quickly for mutual orgasm. I've tried lots of things, only thing that worked was Viagra, but partner forbids me to take it as she days I don't need it, but I just want to be able to have sex and enjoy it, not be in such a panic holding on. Would love to hear if others have sinksr2 stories, and also I hear that kegel exercises are good. Would like to know exactly how to use these in sex situation. Thanks

    I used to feel the same way a few years back, a big part of it is mental, try not to think about it and just relax and enjoy yourself, if you think you will finish fast then indeed you will and if you think you will lose erection you also will, mentality plays a big role here, also kegels may help both physically and mentally, when you know you can control yourself you may naturally relax and last longer.

    Ok so geting fitter and eating better etc is a positive .
    There can be both physical and mental factors at play in pre e .
    In most guys physical seems to be a solid part of it and working on physical helps mental anyway .

    So the physical of seems to be related to pelvic floor area .

    Son there are many forms of edging of which stop/start is the starting point . So begin with some light stop/start .
